Food is good but if u booked by the fork, u r extremely not welcome there… being treated differently

Chicken was delicious. We shared 3 courses and all came at once (salad, pasta, chicken). We do not speak Italian so it seemed we were ignored, including never receiving a bill, even though we requested. Many guests arrived at 8:30 pm and servers were overwhelmed - forgot items at many tables. Cute, quirky interior.

Nonna Rosa is a wonderful choice to eat if you are staying in the area of Chiusi or traveling along the autostrada A1. Although food is paramount, the ample parking is really appreciated! We attended during lunch on a Sunday. The service was very attentive and friendly, and included a complimentary glass of Prosecco! My brother had the tortellini in brodo followed by lamb chops, Both excellent. I had bruschetta Nonna and pasta al ragú cinghalle (spelling?), also excellent. We finished with tiramisu and un caffè macchiato. The majority of the clientele was Italian-speaking. For you anglophones, the menu includes English translations. Recommended!

We loved the place, the location, and the welcoming atmosphere. Great food quality, friendly staff, they were all very kind and generous with the portions. They even offered prosecco for our anniversary. We highly recommend this place.

This restaurant was very friendly and helpful, especially as we had our Son who is in a wheelchair, they were happy to rearrange seating to allow us enough space for his chair. The food was great the service was brilliant and all at a very good price. Best of all we felt there was no rush to get us out, we sat at our table for the whole evening.

On the whole very good, food, ambience and service. One waiter was a little disinterested, but the hostess and waitresses very attentive.

The gluten free pasta was good. The gluten free bread was OK when served warm. The atmosphere was more Florida motel than Tuscany unfortunately. The service was OK but it took a long time to get the bill.
