+1⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ristorante Nu From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we were blown away by the ambience, food, wine, and service. Everything was just perfect — the setting is absolutely stunning! From the exquisite stuffed prawn starter to the intriguing desserts inspired by Sicily, every dish was a delight. You made our 15th wedding anniversary such a special evening — our only regret is not booking for the afternoon so we could enjoy that incredible view in the daylight even longer. Dean & Lauren x

We were excited to go here after reading the reviews, we traveled with our mother/in law and our son. The restaurant is beautiful, and the staff was helpful as we sat down and ordered our drinks. We ordered three courses including a whole fresh fish (which would obviously take a while to cook), and the octopus for our son. Our drinks and his octopus came out promptly and delicious. Then a party of about 25 people sat down. The service went down hill from here, it got ridiculously loud, and we felt forgotten. We didn’t receive any food until my son was completely done eating, then, as the food did arrive, our server took forever to fillet the fish. He kept attending to other guests as our table and our poor fish sat helplessly waiting. As our food was finally served, the large party now proceeded to get louder. (I’ve run out of characters or I would go on). The food was great, however very expensive (we knew that going in). The desserts came out promptly, and were the star of the meal.

We had a lovely dinner here on Sunday night. The food was amazing and with 3 vegans in our party; we were well catered for. The waitresses were incredible and knowledgeable. Arianna, Glosy and Teresa were so friendly and helpful! Thank you for making this a wonderful evening!

+1Stunning setting with beautiful, creative food. While it specialises in seafood, they also have great vegetarian dishes made with effort and flair.

Ambiance, views, staff spectacular. Could not ask for a prettier view while eating and such attentive staff. Our meals we did not particularly enjoy though.

Average food for the price charged No ambiental music, you could only here the other people talking … Good service but you can get a better experience at a restaurant in Taormina city center

The food is outstanding, l had the gambero rosso tartare sweet and creamy with a cloud of almond mousse, then one of the best risotto I ever had and a beef filet with a delicious well balanced sauce. This is cuisine! The personal is extremely gentle and caring.

Excellent food and drinks, outstanding service and great views. Arianna, Dario, Lorenzo and Andrea have done an amazing job to keep us happy with a 5* service.

Amazing panoramic view, great food and excellent service. Every detail is cared for, even the handpainted plates. There is no need to elaborate a huge review. Worth every cent. Special thanks to the staff and most definitely the waiters (1 man, 2 women). We forgot your names, but superb work.

The restaurant is lovely but a bit convoluted to get to .. food was good and service excellent . The service charge at the end of the meal was unexpected. We have not experienced in any restaurant until tonight. We had a choice but would have been uncomfortable to not accept.

Beautiful location and all the staff were very welcoming. Our food was delicious. They were very accommodating of my food intolerances, adapting dishes as required. Our waiters were attentive and friendly. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they presented the petit four with a happy birthday message - a lovely touch. Definitely recommend

The attention to detail was fantastic! We went for my Girlfriend’s birthday meal and they went above and beyond to make the night special! Have told all my friends about it and couldn’t recommend this restaurant more! 10/10!!

Stunning view and good food, but chaotic service ruined the experience. Despite being the first seated for our 8:15 reservation, wine didn’t arrive until just before our first course. Staff seemed uncoordinated, with no clear leadership. Our water was placed out of reach, and refills were nearly impossible to get. After dessert, it took over 25 minutes and asking five different people—including a manager—for our bill before it finally arrived. Only the hostess showed urgency and professionalism. For a 700-euro dinner, the lack of basic service was unacceptable. If you go, enjoy the view—but don’t expect smooth service unless you’re staying at the hotel.

Great service and food & wine, very chilled, challenging to reach, expert tip: if coming by car just right the bell at rhe fate and ask if tou cannpark inside. Normally reserved for hotel guests but if there is space they let you park here. The view of the little bay is lovely!! Best tiramisu, just by the way😋

Incredible location, with oveall sense of calm and relaxation. Right on the sea, great views. I apprecited the staff's demeanor, rather lowered tone of voice and dignified respect shown in their manner of service. The food was faultless, both the starter and the pasta. Would highly recommend for lunch so you could fully enjoy the beauty of the setting.

+1What a stunning restaurant, from walking through the hotel carved into the stone to the restaurant which sits overlooking the bay. My daughter and I had an evening to remember. Service was excellent and the food lovely. Thank you for such a memorable evening.
