Very average for Castellamare del Golfo! Raw platter with low quantità (one gambero rosso, one oyster and a spoon of tuna tartar not worth 18 Euro). Pasta dish with sea urchin and apparently gambero rosso was definitely with gamberetti. Good taste but again 22 Euro is overpriced! Sicilian salad with roasted potatoes (i guess from the day before) rather than freshly cooked! All in all ok food but nothing special! With the discount the price was somehow ok otherwise value for money would have been bad!

The appetizer (caprese salad) took a while, the mozzarella was very fresh. The risotto with seafood was ok. The seafood was very limited to small pieces (shrimp was tiny) but it tasted good.

Our favourite restaurant in Castellammare - very litte to add to my previous review apart from getting the names of the two excellent waiters right: Giacomo and Agostino (we also met Harry from Nigeria). Really nice pasta dishes this time, and more great Grillo wine. Highly recommended!

Excellent in every way. Great food - huge portions of tuna and swordfish and a giant cannolo to finish with. Recommended wine (grillo - only 10€) was a brilliant accompaniment. Friendly and efficient staff (Jacob and young Alessandro). Will be returning soon!
