10/10We ate at the oddly situated St. Anna many years ago when we were visiting at the nearby hospital, now relocated. I remembered it was excellent then, and we decided to give it a try, perhaps expecting that it wouldn't be quite as good over 20 years later. As it turned out, the attention to detail in menu and preparation were even better than I had remembered. Truly a jewel in Como and very well worth seeking out, to say the least. Worthy of a Michelin star in my view, if Michelin ever gets over its tiresome obsession with tweezer food. If there is no parking directly in front of their door, just go down the hill to the free municipal lot, walk up the short hill, ring the bell, and expect an excellent meal with attentive and kind service in a cosy, tasteful environment. .
