4/10Wd booked our table a week in advance and were offered the shuttle bus to collect us from our hotel in Piazza Tasso and then they cancelled the transport on the day - we had to get a taxi which cost €70! We eventually got to the restaurant (5 mins late) after being dumped at the end of the lane and were reluctantly shown to our table, we were not made to feel welcome at all. There was a large table of women behind us (regulars) who seemed to dominate the staff and ruined the atmosphere. After a considerable wait we ordered. The house wine was not very nice, the food was below average, cafe fayre and the service got no better. We finally got someone over to take our payment and asked them to call us a taxi to take us back into Piazza Tasso which cost another €70. We had paid more in taxis than the sum total of our restaurant bill for a very disappointing experience. The only positive was the stunning views of both Sorrento & Amalfi coasts at sunset. We won’t be returning.

10/10What can I say! Everything was spectacular. The service was attentive and the food was amazing and those views was breathtaking. All with the ambience of a saxophonist. Perfect. Highly recommended.

5/10Was undoubtedly the blandest food we have ever eaten and the worst meal of our trip. Only worth going for a drink and the exquisite view. There are so many fantastic restaurants in Sorrento, it is a waste to pay for a lousy meal.

10/10Fantastic seats ( reserved prior to visit), calming ambience with stunning sunset with polite and attentive serving staff. Accommodating as I cannot eat quickly and have me 40 minutes after my starter to choose main course. Had the most enjoyable evening because of that. The food was so authentic and full of flavour - you will not be disappointed. Thank you

10/10This is a fabulous restaurant with an absolutely amazing terrace and view and sunset. The food is wonderful and our service was impeccable. This was probably our favorite restaurant experience on our whole 2-week vacation to Italy. I highly recommend this restaurant.

7/10There is a cover charge and 10% service charge mentioned inside one of the menu pages. However when the bill is produced the service charge is not itemised or highlighted, it is simply added to your total. Therefore the food and drink items and cover charge add up to less than the total billed. There are then tip jars around the restaurant which all seems lacking in transparency. We ate in this restaurant on our last visit to Sorrento three years ago. The view is still fantastic but the food was not as good as our last visit.

7.5/10Wonderful position and the food was good but as a single, older woman I was not made to feel welcome and the service was indifferent with the waiters walking not attentive. I waited 1/2 hour for my meal. Was offered water but not wine.

3/10This was a joke...we sitted to eat between 2 weddings , people screaming and dancing....with a big light hanging above our faces. The food less than medium ...and the prices very high. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I am so sorry. At least the staff was trying...

9.5/10The place is BEAUTIFUL. I couldn’t have imagined how beautiful it would be from pictures. The staff were very friendly and nice. I had the cannelloni. However, I gave 9/10 for service for the following reasons: they only accept reservations by phone, and I did call a few days prior. When I arrived there was a wedding reception, which part of the restaurant was closed off including the garden. I could have been informed prior and make a reservation another day, this could be informed simply during the telephone reservation.

+2I had read about this place, and it didn’t disappoint. We sat on the terrace with Mt Vesuvius in the background. The wait staff was so attentive and the food was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend

9.5/10We were made aware of this Jem by a fellow guest at our hotel. Wow! what a view something to remember. The food was delicious too. I would recommend this for either lunch or diner to anyone visiting the town centre as its so close, just a short walk.

This restaurant has one of the most beautiful views in Sorrento! We made a reservation and were seated at the very front. The food was quite good. The service varied depending on who came to our table. Some servers were very good and some were just ok. We came for the view and the drinks and were not disappointed in that aspect!

The service was impeccable, in spite of the fact our waiter forgot our drink order. I looked around for him, and someone made a point of taking care of us immediately. The prosciutto and melon was heavenly. I enjoyed my gnocchetti sorrentino immensely. My husband's fish was perfect. The live music was fun and not at all intrusive. Beautiful view of the bay. A memorable evening.

4/10The view was amazingly, although all of the tables with the best views were reserved. ( Americans only) The waiter got our order mixed up, and when we asked to change it, they left the sides we ordered on the table whilst the food went away to be changed. I asked if they could take the sides away to be kept warm, but was met with a look of disgust. The waiters were stuffy and arrogant . Although plenty of them, will still had to pour our own wine , apart from the first glass. The food was mediocre, and not very hot at all. Amazing views, beautiful place, but unfortunately I will not be returning, the waiters and the service let them down, along with the food.

3/10I ordered lobster pasta. One dried up half lobster with two bites of lobster meat on 10/01/2024. Entire meal disappointing for the price. Would not return!
