+2I highly recommend this restaurant! It is a must when you are visiting Sorrento. Not only are the views stunning, but the ambiance is simply amazing! Nice live music is played throughout the evening and the service is EXCELLENT! There is a very large selection of menu options and everything we had was absolutely delicious! Great tomato soup and variety of pasta dishes and the best steak I ever had. You will love this restaurant. Excellent experience!

This restaurant was a hidden gem. The food and drink were in line with other Sorrento retaurant prices but the quality was A class. I had the Amberjack fish and my husband had a seafood dish. The live saxophonist created a lovely atmosphere and the views from the terrace were to die for. definitely recommend to anyone staying in Sorrento. If I were to return to Sorrento, I would eat here most nights.

Beautiful view with attentive staff and delicious food. My prawns were incredible! We lucked out with fireworks happening twice while we dined with love music in the background.

I read a lot of reviews before booking. I'm sad to report that most of the poor to bad reviews are correct. The restaurant and view are amazing but that is about it. Food quality and quantity is poor. Service was too rushed and difficult to communicate. For some reason the band was a Bavarian folk band and they were so loud you couldn't talk without yelling to our table mates. It is over priced for what you get. If you just have to go, go for lunch and maybe you will have a better experience. There are too many good restaurants in Sorrento To waste your time here, in my opinion.

Great view. The service was fair to poor, very slow and confusing. Had to ask for things many times before it was brought. Our expensive meal was served cold. They did replace it. They put an accidental bottle of wine on our bill. The view is the only thing to come for.

Ristorante Terraza del Sirene was highly recommended to us by Canadian friends who dined there on a trip to Sorrento. We loved the setting, with its spectacular views, its proximity to the lovely shops and local cafés and enotecas, and the combination of fine dining establishment and lively wedding venue. Between four of us the drinks (local white wine recommended by our waiter, and two exquisite Negronis) were excellent. The shared Margherita pizza was close to perfect, the two Seafood Risotto dishes and a Grilled Squid were very well prepared, and the Profiteroles were delightful. The exception was the Veal Scallopine au Limon. While the meat was tender and properly cooked, the sauce was gloppy and lacking in flavor, which made the dish unpalatable. I considered sending it back, but dislike restaurant confrontations and my three friends were well content. The servers were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Arrived at 7:30pm for dinner. Nice atmosphere, view, and music. We requested a railing seaside view when I booked 2 months ago. Didn't get it, they never reserved any railing table for us. Waiters rushed around like in a panic. Menus thrown on table without saying anything to us. Ordered and literally 10 minutes later, they brought our salads out with our meals (pasta). All at same time, when we had told waiter we'd like our salads first. He immediately apologized and took the meals back to kitchen, while we ate our salads. Menu said "Spaghetti and Meatballs" but waiter brought fusilli and meatballs instead. When my husband said he ordered spaghetti, only then did he TELL him that they only had fusilli. Why not tell him when he ordered, so he could change his order if he wanted?? Bottle of water brought to table and not poured into our glasses. Appeared staff was way too busy to give good personalized service to diners. This is not fine dining at all.

Cannot beat the view of Sorrento, so beautiful. Food was very good and prices were very reasonable. We had a bottle of wine, appetizer, 2 main course and dessert all for 114.00 euro

A fantastic place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The views and the sunset were spectacular. Only lost a star rating because the potatoes and vegetables , were swimming in oil , so not to my taste

This was our 3rd visit in three years (first year was our wedding reception) they remembered who we were, provided us with a free drink, and the food was absolutely amazing!! Gianni and the team are first class!! Recommended!!

We chose this restaurant for the view and the menu, however that was the only thing going for it. "The view". It was a culture shock. Entering the building was like (I assume), a working man's social club. None of the Sorrento elegance. When we entered the vast restaurant, there was a Benidorm style band playing and people doing the conga. If this is the atmosphere that you appreciate, then you will like it, but this was definitely NOT what we were looking for. The food was mediocre at best and was not considered value for money.

The food, service and general ambience were amazing. Beautiful setting and we were fortunate enough to see firework display from annual boat procession. This restaurant had been recommended to us by family who had visited previously and we then recommended to a couple who were staying in the same hotel as us and I believe they visited twice during their stay. Beautiful setting and we had a wonderful time ❤️

Wd booked our table a week in advance and were offered the shuttle bus to collect us from our hotel in Piazza Tasso and then they cancelled the transport on the day - we had to get a taxi which cost €70! We eventually got to the restaurant (5 mins late) after being dumped at the end of the lane and were reluctantly shown to our table, we were not made to feel welcome at all. There was a large table of women behind us (regulars) who seemed to dominate the staff and ruined the atmosphere. After a considerable wait we ordered. The house wine was not very nice, the food was below average, cafe fayre and the service got no better. We finally got someone over to take our payment and asked them to call us a taxi to take us back into Piazza Tasso which cost another €70. We had paid more in taxis than the sum total of our restaurant bill for a very disappointing experience. The only positive was the stunning views of both Sorrento & Amalfi coasts at sunset. We won’t be returning.

What can I say! Everything was spectacular. The service was attentive and the food was amazing and those views was breathtaking. All with the ambience of a saxophonist. Perfect. Highly recommended.

Was undoubtedly the blandest food we have ever eaten and the worst meal of our trip. Only worth going for a drink and the exquisite view. There are so many fantastic restaurants in Sorrento, it is a waste to pay for a lousy meal.

Fantastic seats ( reserved prior to visit), calming ambience with stunning sunset with polite and attentive serving staff. Accommodating as I cannot eat quickly and have me 40 minutes after my starter to choose main course. Had the most enjoyable evening because of that. The food was so authentic and full of flavour - you will not be disappointed. Thank you

This is a fabulous restaurant with an absolutely amazing terrace and view and sunset. The food is wonderful and our service was impeccable. This was probably our favorite restaurant experience on our whole 2-week vacation to Italy. I highly recommend this restaurant.
