We have dined here many times. This time was a little disappointing. The service was great. The rabbit pasta in white sauce was also good. The braised deer was extremely tough and difficult to cut, even with the steak knife provided.

We had such a pleasure dining experience, as we walked into the restaurant patio the view was so delightful that we knew it would be a great choice. Not only was the service great but the food was just splendid.

This is my favorite Umbrian style restaurant. Authentic, well prepared traditional Umbrian dishes. If you reserve you’ll get a table on the beautiful terrace with wide views of the patchwork Umbrian countryside from the Todi town walls. Our waiter was lovely and gracious. The wait for our food was a bit long but they were busy and I’m pretty sure the kitchen is small and consists of 2 Umbrian ladies making their own recipes. I’ve been back numerous times. I recommend it.

The terrace is amazing - very beautiful view. Our reservation was for 730 and we arrived at 727 - no one was around. We saw one guy putting on a tie and he ended up being our server and sat us about 10 minutes later. He was nice enough but once we got our food he was very slow to return. The place got a little busy and we don't speak the best Italian so maybe that was part of it. Caprese salad was mushy, pork chops were really good, tiramisu average. Wife had the steak and asked for medium rare and it was very well done and pretty bland tasting. All in all we're glad we went because we've heard so much about it, but doubt we will return. We live part time here now and there are other restaurants we've visited that we've enjoyed much more.
