Food was terrible, over salted, the variety of ingredients used was close to none. Not a good food experience

+2A cozy place in the heart of Venice. Service was very friendly and helpful, all courses of the meal were delicious with some of them being taste-experimental and unexpected in positive terms. A great advantage is the ability to arrive via boat (ofc we’re in Venice, but still not each dining place does have this option) Can totally recommend this restaurant- really loved this place.

The warm hospitality and delicious food. Out of the 7 Michelin star meals I have had in 2025, Wistèria offered one of the top 2 meals.

This is our third time dining at the Wisteria. Always the best dining experience in Venice. Notable Wine List. Very friendly staffs. Unlike the rest of the tourists oriented restaurants in the area, Wisteria makes you feel as you are in your favorite local best kept secret..

We went here on a Saturday evening and had the 8 course taster menu. The food had very varied flavours and service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

The food was so unique and lovely. I have not experienced anything like this when fine dining back at home in Australia. The service is impeccable. Each dish was complex interesting and rather than using gourmet luxurious products to elevate their dishes they used techniques to create a lovely dish. I loved it all. The mood and vibe of the restaurant is calming and tranquil.

Really spectacular spot in Venice for a special occasion dinner. We ate here on the last night of our honeymoon and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The location is incredible, with their outdoor space nestled under beautiful Wisteria flowers on a quiet corner away from the crowds of the Venetian night. We had our miniature dachshund with us which they made a special exception for and seated us inside which turned out to be even more enjoyable, we had the entire dining room to ourselves! The food quality, presentation, and flavor was on par with, and even above many Michelin establishments we have dined at before! Service was very professional and given with a smile, each dish described with detail and passion. The wine pairing was one of the best we’ve experienced, all the wines from Italy, perfectly paired with each course, even if the sommelier was having a bad day evident through his obvious attitude 😉

Without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences anyone could hope for. I highly recommend the wine pairing option with your multi course meal, perfection!

The food, ambience and service was exquisite. There were a couple of plates and drinks that left a bit to be desired. A mezcal and a mole as a Mexican had to be perfect… They weren’t

Imaginative, delicious and beautifully presented food with friendly attentive staff and spot on wine pairing. One of the best meals we have had anywhere. These young chefs are amazing. Go if you get the chance.

The ambience and staff were very nice and welcoming. The presentation and description of food was done in a very professional manner. The food was very nice with a explosion of tastes. I would like to see a bigger variety of food presented.

+1Very nice and attentive professionals, making the effort to speak in our language (French) and to further explain wines & dishes when we had questions. A special WOW for the risotto with pesto and kiwi an absolutely exceptional combination. Also loved the very subtile pumpkin snail & mushrooms lasagne taste as well as the punchy scaloppine al limone. Grazie per questo viaggio culinario incredibile !

It was a wonderful surprise for a Sunday evening dinner. We had 2 options to choose from for their tasting menus and went for the longer one (8 courses). The food was delicious with unusual flavours. There were bold choices like sweetbread and liver with shallot and milk cream on top. It was incredible. The highlight for me was the vegetable course where the roots had the perfect crunch served with a kimchi sorbet. Again, 10 out of 10 for me. The pace of the service was spot on and the staff was engaging and knowledgeable. Well done!

You want to experience the dinner at Wisteria. We have never enjoyed this level of service. Quality of food and its taste is above any other restaurant. A The wine matching to courses is great.

+5We tried the Serendipity 6-course special. It was quite a visual and olfactory journey. Colour palette of each course echoed the Murano glass art. Potato dumplings were a highlight thanks to the sauce which was made with a lot of heart. Red scorpion fish offered an olfactory treat as each of the six mini herbs delivered a distinct aromatic profile. The starter was playful and innovative, requiring guests to use the sewing tools of the famous Burano lace-makers. Subtle use of Asian ingredients weaved through the courses like the curry base in potato dumplings and oolong tea in a Qing Hua inspired bowl as pre-dessert cleanser. Ambience was pleasant despite the unforgiving Venetian summer heat thanks to the proximity to the canal and the cover of the Wisteria tree - the restaurant’s namesake. Staff were professional and friendly. Dessert ended the night on a somewhat pensive note. The mouthfeel of pollen was an acquired taste but was ultimately balanced by the generous use of fig.

Our dining experience at Wisteria was truly extraordinary, combining impeccable service with a nice canal-side ambiance.
