10/10Imaginative, delicious and beautifully presented food with friendly attentive staff and spot on wine pairing. One of the best meals we have had anywhere. These young chefs are amazing. Go if you get the chance.

9/10+1Very nice and attentive professionals, making the effort to speak in our language (French) and to further explain wines & dishes when we had questions. A special WOW for the risotto with pesto and kiwi an absolutely exceptional combination. Also loved the very subtile pumpkin snail & mushrooms lasagne taste as well as the punchy scaloppine al limone. Grazie per questo viaggio culinario incredibile !

10/10It was a wonderful surprise for a Sunday evening dinner. We had 2 options to choose from for their tasting menus and went for the longer one (8 courses). The food was delicious with unusual flavours. There were bold choices like sweetbread and liver with shallot and milk cream on top. It was incredible. The highlight for me was the vegetable course where the roots had the perfect crunch served with a kimchi sorbet. Again, 10 out of 10 for me. The pace of the service was spot on and the staff was engaging and knowledgeable. Well done!

10/10+5We tried the Serendipity 6-course special. It was quite a visual and olfactory journey. Colour palette of each course echoed the Murano glass art. Potato dumplings were a highlight thanks to the sauce which was made with a lot of heart. Red scorpion fish offered an olfactory treat as each of the six mini herbs delivered a distinct aromatic profile. The starter was playful and innovative, requiring guests to use the sewing tools of the famous Burano lace-makers. Subtle use of Asian ingredients weaved through the courses like the curry base in potato dumplings and oolong tea in a Qing Hua inspired bowl as pre-dessert cleanser. Ambience was pleasant despite the unforgiving Venetian summer heat thanks to the proximity to the canal and the cover of the Wisteria tree - the restaurant’s namesake. Staff were professional and friendly. Dessert ended the night on a somewhat pensive note. The mouthfeel of pollen was an acquired taste but was ultimately balanced by the generous use of fig.

10/10Our dining experience at Wisteria was truly extraordinary, combining impeccable service with a nice canal-side ambiance. The dishes were both visually arresting and deliciously innovative, showcasing a perfect balance of traditional Italian flavors and modern creativity. Each course, from the amuse-bouche to the beautifully paired wines, was thoughtfully crafted. The professional staff attended to every detail with grace. Wisteria not only met but exceeded our high expectations, making it a must-visit destination for any food lover in Venice.

9/10Service was great, all the people serving and helping were amazing. However some of the dishes felt a bit flat although some of them were delicious. Based on our other michelin star experiences, this one felt overpriced for the taste of the food.

7/10The restaurant is lovely and the food interesting, however this has to be reviewed against other Michelin Stared restaurants and on that scale it was let down by some small but significant things. The service was initially awkward with the wine menus coming and being asked for an answer without any mention of food or the food menus arriving; Wine paring were off “due to a problem”; and courses were very inconsistent in their timing.

4.5/10Unfortunately this didn’t live up to our expectations… they were very friendly but the restaurant quickly filled up and then we waited for our courses and it appeared they had too few staff for the number of tables they had to serve. Sadly the food was disappointing too. The amuse bouche was fabulous, as was the Venitian red wine, but otherwise we felt the flavour combinations were quite strange and didn’t seem to work well for the most part… There is great potential at this restaurant but they still have a long way to go in our eyes.

10/10We enjoyed the eight course menu with the wine pairing and it was near to perfect. We eat quite regular gourmet menus and we rate this very high. Very creative courses and an excellent wine pairing. Even the Ripasso which I usually do not like much was great. It was an evening where it was a pleasure to pay the bill for excellent work by real professionals. Thanks for a wonderful evening

6/10Dishes were not on par with what you would expect from this price class. Taste of dishes were plain and not profound. The most disappointing was that courses were served while we actually not finished the previous one. The restaurant also accepts guests with dogs which was quite annoying. Not worth the money.

10/10Amazing place. Deserves at least one Michelin star if not more. The risotto cooking was absolutely perfect. The amuse-bouche left us with no voices. What to say about the Turbot...and its gyoza, just fabulous. Thank you this incredible moment. Kids were welcomed and would like to come back asap
