Phenomenally delicious mini tasting menu where every dish was exquisitely balanced and flavoured. Friendly and informative service and reasonably priced wine. If we lived here in Turin, we’d eat here every few weeks.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Menu has interesting choices. Refined and tasty with beautiful presentation. Warm environment and excellent service.

The food is worth the effort but not yet in its from. The portions are really small compering fine dining experiences, the price is astronomical when you look at the dishes and portion sides. They dont give you the freedom of tasting more options, you are just obligated to get the same dishes in tasting menu. Dispite the good comments this restaurant dispointed us. There are better options for this price reconsider before going here.

We had the mini degustation menu and it was absolutely outstanding. Service and food second to none!

The food was AMAZING. We (kids included) loved every bite and relished for the next course. It comes at a price: not money-wise as this awesome place is quite affordable, but time. We stayed for close to 3 hours before everything was served… but I’m ready to do it all over again! 🤤

I had a perfect experience. I went to lunch by myself. I had reserved a table and was first in the door so I chose the one in the window. The server explained every dish. I had the mini tasting menu of five courses. Each one was an excellent blend of flavors and textures. It is an intimate space and was quiet.

Non-traditional inventive cuisine and impeccable service

Fusion food Italia meeting Nippon. Not always a success, fish flakes in vitello-tonnato made it taste fish and leaving the vitello almost tasteless. Otherwise a very good meal. Extensive wine list. Good and informative service. All together a place to be recommended.

+3After the warm welcome we got our table and we ordered the 7 course degustation menu. The waiter explained every dish in a pleasant and informative way and we have to say: Every single dish was a poem. Creative local cuisine, well presented combined with finest Italian hospitality. From now on a must for me, when visiting Torino - complimenti!

You'll find a very nice place in the heart of Torino. Extremly friendly and helpful service. A bible of piemont eines will enjoy your soul. A menu well made and tasteful. Do yourself a favour and visit Ristrot Guviol!

The food was so interesting and a great take on local Italian + an international flair. Inventive, delicious, and add on a great wine list made for a very nice lunch while in Torino.

My partner asked me to marry him and the waitress gave home and amazing suggestion on how to do it. Best night ever and my god the food. Flavour explosion! So full after the tasting menu I don't think I'll eat for a week but so so good. Worth every penny.

A gem of a restaurant. The chef is amazing, really knows how to get the best out of well sourced ingredients. It was difficult to know what to choose from the menu. The young lady who served us was brilliant too. Friendly and efficient without being over the top. A great experience. Cannot wait to go back

Dining in guviol was a memorable experience for us, what we enjoyed most is the feeling that the restaurant is run by a passionate and professional team. The cooking brings up all the strong flavours of turin region making it unforgettable. Arrivederci!

Excellent food, wine and service. All courses exceed our expectations. The combination of flavors was well-balanced and contemporary, yet with roots in Northern Italian cuisine. The waitress was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the details of each course. We would return again.

Hidden Gem!!! Wonderful, delicious relaxing experience!!! Outstanding service, food presentation and preparation!!! You must go!!! They started by giving us a glass of sparkling wine and brought their homemade bread on the table complimentary!!! They really make you feel at home, We had a memorable evening and delicious dinner in Torino!!! ❤️

+9What a quaint and lovely restaurant! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had the mini tasting menu which was so reasonably priced and nicely presented. The food was mainly very tasty too and we enjoyed the flair with which everything was plated. Thank you Ristrot Guviol!
