10/10Very interesting a la carte menu combining some typical Puglian ingredients in imaginative and unexpected ways. Desserts were also delicious and very beautifully presented, some with unusual flavours which worked very well. Good selection of wines with reasonably priced options. Helpful and attentive service made the meal special.

10/10I read about this place online and it did not disappoint! The ambience was sophisticated, the service great and the food was amazing, especially the next level tiramasu. It wasn't cheap but worth it.

9/10Picked this place based on trip advisor reviews. Convenient location downtown, great service to outside tables. Food was good, not great, but the 4 of us would go there again. Wine list was solid. Worth a try IMO.

10/10Excellent place, we had dinner on the front terrace in early june, everything was great. We saw there were tourists among the customers but there were also a few local people eating there, so it was a sign of good quality. If you are a film music buff, look out for the picture of the late master Ennio Morricone eating there (behind the cashier's desk) :)

10/10A jewel of a restaurant in the heart of Bari. The food is divine and the service is impeccable. I would definitely return back to Riva Restaurant the next time I am in Bari.

10/10We had an excellent meal with high quality product an a knowledgeable and attentive staff. Suggestions were made, empty dishes would disappear without me noticing, the staff was not invasive (just the right amount of checking how things are doing, letting us go on with our conversations). We were really pleased.

10/10This restaurant was great for food quality, helpfulness of the staff, friendly ambience and good value for money. The only down side was you have to scan a bar code to read the Italian menu but we were helped by an amazing waiter who could not have been more helpful. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a relaxing evening if good food!

10/10One of our favorite meals in Italy! Creative, exquisite food served by solicitous and knowledgeable staff at very reasonable prices. Our waiter helped us pair excellent local wines, for only 5 or 6 euros a glass. Highly recommended!

10/10From start to finish, an excellent night! The food was amazing, so flavorful! I had the scallops to start and the swordfish, both were cooked to perfection. My husband had the veal to start and then the duck and he loved his food as well. For dessert I had the cream puff and my husband had the bavarian cream and both were decadent. The service was very attentive and kind. We would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area.

8.5/10The food was fantastic and the service was good, however it felt disorganized. The setting outside was fantastic, and you have to expect some motorcycles racing down the street. Regardless, I would definitely eat here again. Buon appetito

10/10Highly recommend this beautiful, welcoming restaurant in Bari!! Excellent, highest quality food with gorgeous presentation. The staff was exceptionally accommodating for our vegetarian needs and the food was delicious. Avoid the crowded tourist restaurants and take one turn to enjoy this fantastic dining experience!

10/10Now this was a special experience! We were welcomed very warmly, offered excellent wine, perfect service, and a simply inviting, professional, and romantic environment. The food is refined. Simple dishes like grilled ‘secreto’ of pork, gnocchi, or linguine made directly at your table - items one might get at other restaurants, but not with the technical perfection of Riva. A highly recommended experience all around!
