From the moment we walk in the door with the amazing interior and the exceptional service this restaurant is by far our favourite restaurant while we were in Lisbon. Would highly highly recommend to anyone going to Lisbon it would be a must for us when we return.

Place looks amazing and lots of different places to sit/eat/drink - which I assume would lead to a different experience each time. Elements of the food were good, but for the price (high) I would have expected much better. Drinks and Wine (recommended) were very good. LOTS of staff and seemed very frenetic, would have liked it to be more serene. Open kitchens were great to look at. Overall a nice one off and would probably go back for drinks or to try the amazing looking desserts, but don’t think I’d eat there again.

3/10The drinks were like water with food coloring. The soup was bland and lacking flavor and salt, all of the salt that was supposed to go into soup probably went into the risotto because it was very salty. My wife and I both tried it and couldn’t even eat half of it. I ordered the pasta in the cheese wheel which we both had to share because the risotto was horrible. The pasta in the cheese wheel was just ok 5/10. I would not recommend Rocco to anyone. I always give a restaurant at least two tries but Rocco will be the first restaurant I would not. Waste of time and money.

7.5/10Fantastic setting, great atmosphere. The waiters were knowledgeable, explaining the menu in detail but would disappear for long periods of time . The food unfortunately was average, with tasteless prawns, overcooked steaks and incorrect meals being brought to the table. On the whole a very nice restaurant for drinks but if your night is going centre around the food, choose wisely. .

10/10Beautiful place and ambience. Outstanding service. Only complaint is we couldn’t get a Caesar salad downstairs even though it’s on the menu upstairs. How hard is it to run a salad down a flight of steps.

Unfortunately we arrived right on time for our reservation, but waited over 30 mins to be seated. We had to ask the hostess stand multiple times to get an answer. They eventually offered us a cocktail table to order a drink and wait. Overall the meal was delicious. Steak was a bit overcooked but otherwise it was great. Our service however was some of the worst I’ve ever had. We asked for a wine menu after placing our order, as we wanted wine with our meal. We asked 3 additional times and never got one until after our appetizers were finished. I think it was just our server as most the other servers were attentive. And the other staff who delivered the food and brought the bread were great.

+6A delightful bar and restaurant in Lisbon, our first visit. Sadly I made a very bad choice of starter (Vitelli tonnato) which was boring and bland, but I had the best choice of main course (gnocchi with lamb)….the others chose much better starters (the best were the arancini with a fabulous sauce). The desserts were ok but I’d suggest just one dessert to share between 3-4 people is plenty. However, overall it was a fabulous evening…the bar is beautiful, the staff were excellent, and the ambience just perfect. But I think next time, I’ll just enjoy cocktails and a lunch/dinner sat at the gorgeous bar with my husband.

8.5/10Overall it was very good; nice food, kind service and beautiful atmosphere but we had a wrong dish which we didn’t order so asked her to check. A few minutes later, she put it back on the table and said it is our order. It was confusing… However, later another staff came and took it away with saying ‘excuse me’. Fortunately we didn’t touch that dish because we knew it wasn’t our order and it wasn’t on the bill. Would be better if the staffs are more organized and admitted the mistake and apologized. For this kind of restaurant, the service need to be more professional.

Meal with highs and just ok. The veal Milanese and sea bass risotto was average but the fungi pasta was top three dishes we’ve ever ate! Absolutely amazing. Just prided the buratta and fungi pasta and would be top meal. A bit pricey against other overall meals we had throughout Portugal costing less but not terrible. Would dine again only to have the pasta….

Everything about this place was class. The toilets were even cool! We were warmly welcomed by the fabulous Sommelier who was so knowledgeable. The food was all lovely, especially the desserts. Some dishes are made at the table which adds to the theatre of the meal. This is a must visit in Lisbon. We went for lunch.
