Beautiful room. Lovely staff. We were 10@ late because we got the wrong venue. They were very nice about that. Everything was really very tasty but there was a very long gap from the starter to main course. Still I would recommend

After finishing the starter, which oddly tasted like mayonnaise mixed with half-pan-fried scallops, we waited over an hour for the remaining two main courses. We had ordered the trout fillet, but were instead served salmon with baked beans. The other main dish, a sirloin steak, was dry, tasteless, and rubbery, barely resembling beef in flavor or texture. While the restaurant's décor was elegant and inviting, the overall experience was deeply disappointing, especially as it was meant to be a special birthday dinner. We’ve never encountered such poorly prepared food. To their credit, the restaurant manager apologized and removed the charges for the steak and drinks.

However, we would like to clarify a few details: the sauce served with our scallops is a jus made from the scallop trimmings and vanilla — it does not contain any mayonnaise. Similarly, the jus accompanying the lingots and trout is a Borscht, a beetroot-based soup rather than one made with tomatoes. The fish fillet you were served was indeed Artois trout, a local product, and not salmon. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again, so we can demonstrate the usual quality of our products and service in more detail. Very overrated restaurant. It is located in what looks a scary neighborhood. The staff was quite rude after they sent me 5 emails to confirm I am going she insisted she cannot find my reservation. The pretty room on the picture is only one and rather small, in need of cleaning. The food with pretense of being gourmet was tasteless but the fries were beyond description- boiled as best. Altogether not worth the money and getting so out of the center!
RococoHello Mr. Gold, the entire Rococo Restaurant team is quite surprised by your comment, which does not at all reflect our usual quality standards. First of all, we do not claim to be a gourmet restaurant. Furthermore, we cannot influence the neighborhood or the street where we are located. However, we have free private parking exclusively for our guests. We clean our dining room before and after each service. Regarding confirmation emails, these are automatic emails sent by The Fork platform, mandatory to ensure the safe arrival of customers. As you mentioned, we have a small dining room with 30 seats, and even the slightest no-show has a huge impact on us. Regarding fries, we do have a concern regarding the variety and season of potatoes, which are sweet at the end of August. However, we prefer to work with fresh homemade fries rather than frozen ones. The room is spectacular and just what we'd hoped. We walked from our hotel in the centre of the old town (an easy 30 mins). It's not cheap but we'll worth it. Delicious gravalax to start and then a perfect steak tartare for main. Highly recommended. Pleasant staff.

Well worth a visit - food was excellent. The dining room was so elegant and traditional.

The restaurant is beautiful. It is a treat to eat in such a delightful room. The menu is limited but every morsel is delicious and the waitresses are very friendly and take pride In their restaurant. It is hard to believe that it is located in a three-star hotel. I would recommend other diners not to miss out.

Mediocre food for the price. Absolutely untimed between entree and main. When I asked for a pregnancy safe cooking they provided the risotto I asked (my mistake I forgot it is made with wine) without telling me to avoid it. For this price you cat go to far better restaurants

the food was very poor and we was seated down stairs where the hotel have breakfast we was very disappointed with the hole thing
RococoHello M. Thompson, we are truly sorry for this inconvenience. We had a very noisy group and for the sake of our customers we offered to have a quieter dinner in a more suitable location. This will not happen again, the groups will be installed elsewhere and no longer in our rococo room. Thank you, however, for taking the time to leave us a review. Hoping to see you again at Rococo.

We chose to come at the last possibility of the lunch reservation (13.30) so people left already a bit sooner. My mom has a hearing disability so it was much more quiet in the space! It was also a small room with not so many tables, perfect for us! The menu surprised me as I eat lactosefree as much as possible and the butternusquash was exquicit! Beside the ambience, the food was amazing and the service was so friendly as well. If you want a cosy atmosphere, book here!
