Very good food

Prawn tartar was a bit too salty for my taste, drinks were served after we finished starter, and I personally would like to have something to put/hang my bag on. Other than that, everything was very nice

Food was really good , we had a fabulous lunch as it was to hot on the terrace we asked to be moved inside . Staff was friendly but could have been more attentive to our table. Restrooms were clean and artistic but overall could use a bit of maintenance. PE the door knob of the ladies was loose and the toilet role holder

Succinctly, superb food and service, a great dining experience in a lovely setting.

The food was delicious and the service excellent. Prices were affordable. The two things that we would criticise would be that the plates were not hot and the portions were much more generous than we expected from previous Michelin recommended restaurants.

Third visit here .Love it .Everything done with care , attention , expertise ,imagination and a smile Beautiful setting looking out to sea , tasteful decor , great ambiance The food is absolutely delicious . Fresh , innovative and difficult to decide what to choose from lovely seasonal menu

This has been and remains our favorite restaurant in Roses, and we chose it (fittingly) for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner...cannot recommend more, everything is consistently very good here, ambiance, location, cuisine, staff - we are never disappointed!!!

Just had a superb meal at Rom. They gave us a couple of delightful amuses bouches on the house. Starter was superb and the seafood paella was absolutely delicious. We asked the waiter for a recommendation for a wine to go with the main course and his suggestion was spot on. Absolutely brilliant service. Couldn't fault it and I look forward to eating at Rom again

The Horsd’œuvre was ok, the starter excellent, the fish fresh but turbot filet should not have a load of fish bones. That’s just sloppy.

Food was creative but not precious; we loved the arancini and the duck especially. Attentive service without being cloying. The order balance for a beachfront spot.

It was a fine restaurant with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the paella and the eagerness of the waiters to help.

The food was so subpar at Rom and very over priced. I could have eaten so much better for a 1/4 of the price. The service was meh. The only nice thing was the view of the beach. I don’t understand how this restaurant gets a mention in the Michelin guide. It is soooo not worth it.

This is my favourite restaurant and we travel to Spain to eat here. The location is amazing, with sea views, the service is impeccable and the food is Michelin quality. The ambiance is very unpretentious and it's incredibly good value for money. 10 out of 10!

A really lovely restaurant. Stylish, well appointed and great location. Food is delicious and excellently presented, though portions are not large. Also fantastic modestly priced winelist which puts many London restaurants to shame. The place for a special occasion.

Just excellent in every department. Very interesting menu. Very hard to choose as everything looks so tempting. We had the tuna Sashimi. Melt in your mouth, Japanese quality fish. Then Turbot cooked with a reduced sauce from cooking the head. Almost meat like and perfectly cooked. Stood a heavy red wine and also a delicate white. Fully recommend.

This was simply not god enough for an restaurant Edith ambitions. We were freezing all evening because the door to the terrasse eas open for Much of the evening. Food nothing special, and has to send steak back as it was served rare even though it was ordered as medium. This was ny third visit, but was very disapointed this time. So will not return soon.

Was easy to find directly by the beach, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food and wine really good, has its price but worth it. We will definitely go there again - maybe later in the year again to have some more sunlight around dinner time

This is a gem in Roses! After eating out and falling for many tourist traps, we finally managed to come to Rom La Taverna and were graciously surprised by seriously good meal. The service was pristine, very kind staff with clear explanations and good recommendations during the evening. The only downside was on the desserts, which were not at the same level as the rest of the meal. It is important to make a reservation in advance, so TheFork was very helpful in this regard. Top!

Great wine list, desserts and the main dishes were solid. Lamb was outstanding. Fish dishes were standard. Would have liked better suaces for the price of the fish.

Although i was requested to confirm twice my reservation, upon arrival our table was not ready. At 20h The restaurant was still empty but the waiter ignored us. After waiting about ten minutes unattended and finally deciding to chose a suitable front line table ourselfes the waiter pointed another table at the back set-up for only for 2 while our reservation was for 3. We refused and expressed our intention of leaving if our table was not ready. Suddenly the table we had chosen first place, on the front line, became available. The service was slow to star but all went well afterwards. The food (entrees and main dishes) was excellent but the choice of deserts was very limited and very ordinary which is not acceptable for a restaurant at this level.
