9.5/10This was our third visit this trip to celebrate my birthday and whilst most things were in order the service was not up to the usual standard however, we will most definitely return when we are next in Tenerife.

9/10Always visit Romas when we are on holiday the food is excellent the wine is good & the service is great, can get very busy so recommend booking & easy to do online.

We have previously eaten in this restaurant and the standards have never dropped. The food is delicious and well presented. The reason I have only given the ambience 4 stars is due to our table being adjacent to the bar and all we saw regularly was a collection of used glasses being placed on the bar and although the restaurants was busy that evening I believe these glasses should have been cleared from the bar in a more efficient manner. That being said I will revisit this restaurant the next time I visit Las Americas.

9/10Our food tasted amazing and really generous portions. We went early 6:15pm as we were off to see a show so our service was quick (maybe a bit too quick). The staff were pleasant and professional. We would definitely go again.

5.5/10An Italian restaurant with no lasagne available!!! Pizza was very average, serano ham toping was poor quality. Service was confused & fragmented. Wrong dishes to wrong table etc. Had to ask five times for the bill before it was eventually provided. It could be done a lot better.

6/10i had to send my meal back as the potatoes and vegetables were cold. unfortunately when they brought they meal back, the potatoes were still cold. Gave up and didn't bother eating them

6/10Food was excellent, however the service totally let it down .. very, very poor service and the staff weren't friendly. I asked for a fork 3 times whilst my food was going cold, the main course didn't come together and when it did arrive, it was literally thrown at us, hence not even getting a chance to ask for the missing fork or even any condiments!! We had booked, even though they said they couldn't initially find the boking on the system. We were sat inside, no atmosphere at all and sat looking at a pot tree Won't be visiting again!!

10/10Booking a table was easy. We were greeted when we arrived and shown to our table. Service was at a great pace. Good was absolutely gorgeous and we all loved it. Will definitely book again when we return next year.

6/10Waiter clearly never listened to our order. Forgot 1 of the starters, but charged us for it. Brought the wrong main course we didn’t order. Never brought side of chips we ordered. With friends and we spoke really highly of the place but extremely disappointed last night.

6/10I booked but we were out on a table of 4 plus a chair on the end at the very back at the bar. Chicken was tough and left but no one asked if it was ok. No one offered any cheese for those who had pizzas
