3.5/10Although we had booked a table nobody greeted us at reception on our arrival so we just sat down...and Although there was only maybe 8 couples in the whole place a waitress didn't come over for us to order our drinks...lovely establishment but customer service needs to improve..

7/10Great atmosphere and stunning views! Staff are very friendly and helpful and service is quick! The food is more like snacks rather than a 3 course meal. The potato bra as we got were lovely. I would definitely go back for drinks.

Such a great roof bar! You’re immersing yourself in absolutely amazing atmosphere from the moment you step into the GF modern and luxury hotel. The roof bar is located at 5th floor with stunning views at Costa Adeje and its surroundings. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. The drinks tho?! It’s totally different story! You’ve never had such a premium, luxury and well presented drinks! When they say they have the best barmans, I can confirm it is correct. If you don’t visit them at least once, you’re totally missing out!

This was our first visit . We were greated outside the hotel by a very friendly man who checked us in & guided us to the lifts . Lovely rooftop bar .Service was fantastic . We thought the cocktails were reasonably priced for such a classy place . Fantastic range available all presented beautifully. We went early evening .views were spectacular . Next time we will try after dark .

10/10Lovely setting, we went for drinks and to take in the view. Our daughter was hungry and ended up ordering the fish and chips which were excellent and plentiful. Can get chilly this time of year, so wear warm clothes. More heaters would also help. Highly recommend.

We were greeted on arrival at the hotel by a nice concierge man outside the hotel and we had to give them our details and instructed to take the lift to the 5th Floor. The view from the bar is spectacular and it must look amazing at night when the fires are lit around the tables. Our booking was at 4.30pm for cocktails which were good and not very expensive. The service was okay however we were surprised to be asked when we ordered if we were paying by card even before our drink arrived. We noticed that the waiters were asking everyone the same question. Our waiter didn’t seem too friendly however the waitress was very nice. The pool is spectacular and so is the view. The toilets are amazing they have a shower inside however there is only one toilet for men and one for women so if someone is showering you may have to wait a little longer to go to the bathroom. Our booking was for cocktails only. The food looked good though we may try it next time.

4.5/10Food was cold. Told staff and we were told rudely to either stop eating now or pay. We had made a booking but were not shown to a table, just told to sit anywhere. Was really windy on the rooftop but none of the heaters worked. We asked to take our cold potato home but they never arrived. We told staff downstairs at the hotel about our experience but no refund or anything was offered. Would not return.

10/10This is a real skybar. Location is sumptuous. You have an amazing look for the mountains and the ocean as well. Service is excellent. According to my girlfriend this was her best Margarita in her life.
