6/10The menu was pretty much non moveable. It was as stated. The Restaurant is very close to the sea which gives it a good setting but on this occasion, there was bad drainage smells.

Absolutely exceptional lunch we had at Rosario! The tempura prawns were exquisite - light and crispy. The seafood and the ragout pasta were the best we've ever had. Tiramisu and chocolate coulant were divine - truly worth the indulgence. On top of that, the service was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates top-tier cuisine and outstanding hospitality. We'll be back :)

10/10Alex was superb, he really looked after us. The food was amazing, we had the panko prawns to start and they were delicious. Pasta for main and Tiramisu for dessert. Alex recommended a very nice Pinot Grigio which was really nice. All in all a very authentic Italian that I would go back to and recommend.

10/10Great! Maybe even better than last time (if possible)! My wife had the best pasta that she had ever tasted in her life and the meat that I had was excellent also. We tried some fantastic local wines and after dinner we got a glass of champagne to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We had an amazing evening. Be sure to visit this place if you are in Los Cristianos!

We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Alessandro, who expertly explained the menu and offered us a fantastic list of recommendations. Since there were four of us, we decided to order different starters and share—and every single one was absolutely perfect. For our mains, we had the pork belly, salmon, and sirloin steak. The presentation of each dish was stunning, and the flavors were truly outstanding—each bite better than the last. This place easily meets the standard of a five-star restaurant. The service throughout was impeccable. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. We ended the evening with a selection of desserts, all of which were equally superb, alongside some excellent cocktails. An all-around exceptional dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back

+5Overall a very solid dining experience. I went here with 3 of my friends and we were impressed by the kindness of the staff and the quality of the service. The food was generally to a great standard, particularly the desserts! I asked what they would generally recommend on the menu and they kept a strong focus on their fish side. The Bruschetta starter looked amazing, but the garlic prawns that myself and one of the other had were rubbery and the sauce was too watery and bland. For our main, the fish paella was fantastic. I have to say that the prices without the discount seemed quite unjustifiable - nothing outrageously expensive, I just would have ordered very differently. My friend had the calamares and said it was some of the best he had ever had, and I can assure that the fish and squids and muscles etc were very fresh. The carbonara was bang average, overly eggy and a bit disappointing since it was recommended. Desserts (tiramisu and pistachio dessert) were amazing. Overall good!

4.5/10We had booked a table and we were stood at the entrance of restaurant the give minutes before someone acknowledged us. They did not provide or have an allergen menu and we were told the fries were gluten free which was obviously not the case as our coeliac party member had a bad reaction afterwards and we were not told fryers were shared. Despite there being cocktails on menu we were told nine were available. We also had yo wait ages to order our food. Staff were miserable and was a boring atmosphere and there was no children’s menu.
