Excellent regional food. Fantastic attentive service—we felt very welcome. The host/owner and staff were gracious with both time and conversation to our party. Highlights were the stewed artichoke, meatballs (shredded/stewed beef in fried crust), polenta w mixed sausages, and my favorite—-ex tail. Very special evening.

Friendly staff and good food. Not a must go place but you happen to stay not too far from the place when in Rome, not a bad idea to go there for a lunch or dinner

Our dinner was excellent. We had the meatballs, carbonara and chicken peperoni. The sauce was really good and the chicken was very soft. The home wine was very tasty too. I would recommend booking.

I’d highly recommended Rosina Cucima di Casa, the service is superb & atmosphere relaxed. The food is a step up from everywhere else we tried in Rome. The portions are generous and flavours well balanced, this is a restaurant with a talented chef who clearly has his own style and interpretation on classic dishes. I am not a fan of Tiramisu but other reviewers had given it such high praise I thought I’d try and really glad I did, the usual chunks of alcohol soaked sponge and heavy mascarpone are replaced with small squares dotted through the delicious and not overly sweet cream, it was by far and away the best Tiramisu I have ever tasted. I’d book a table as the restaurant filled later with locals that clearly know to look for this off the beaten track gem.

Great service from the guys, who spoke English perfectly! The dishes were great, way more interesting than your traditional touristic Italian places and for affordable prices.

The setting in a side street is really cute, and the waiters were lovely, but I have to say the food was just ok. we tried quite a few dishes, and it just wasn't for us.

Get away from the tourists and stop reading Tripadvisor. This is the best meal I had in Rome. Affordable with good service. Strong recommendation.

Had a very nice dinner here. A little bit outside of the touristy places, so quiet but very good atmosphere. The staff was really good, I got a little complimentary cake with candle for my birthday! Highly recommend!

Our family of five had lunch at Rosina's before walking to the Patheon 10 minutes away. While the location is a bit off the beaten track down a dingy and graffiti-laden alley, it was a delicious meal with quick and friendly service. The daily special pasta with ragù stood out and the meatballs were delicious as well. The clientele was a mix of tourists and locals, and the atmosphere was casual and family friendly.
