The food was delicious, the ricotta fritters were so tasty and the pastas were so good! The service was excellent. I would highly recommend Rosmarino.

10/10Great service, excellent traditional food. Nice varied menu with good veggie options. The swordfish ravioli was the nicest plate I ate during my five days in Taormina.

10/10Staff were welcoming and friendly. We had made a reservation and it was very busy so glad that we did. Everyone who waited on our table was excellent. We ordered sardines for a starter and we were not disappointed. We had these with the most lovely glass of Sicilian rose wine. Our mains were sword fish, which was delicate and full of flavour and meatballs with spaghetti, both were excellent. We had tiramisu for dessert and my husband had a very good espresso to finish. This was honestly one of the best restaurant experiences we have had for a longtime. We loved it!

8.5/10Super nice ambience, esp seated outside. Service was good, friendly. Outstanding pasta dish was the fish carbonara, with tagliatelle, tuna, botarga, and saffron. Life changing! For the vegans I do not recommend the Sicilian balls. They were seemingly faux meatballs, and were just ok. Better off getting a vegan pasta there I’d go back to try other dishes for sure

9.5/10The food and service were excellent. We had a group of seven and the staff accommodated us by putting us at one versus two separate tables. The staff were very attentive. We all enjoyed our meals. The special ricotta starter was delicious!

10/10We were recommended Rosmarino. It’s not in the main hub of Taormina itself - but not far to walk and just by the beautiful park. Definitely worth seeking out. The service was great and the food delicious. The menu had plenty of choice. We opted for the specials and weren’t disappointed. Would recommend

6/10Good food but sadly let down by poor service - we waited 25mins for someone to take our drinks order after arriving & then they asked for food order & we had to wait again for the sommelier to arrive. This was the most expensive restaurant we visited in Taormina & certainly didn't deliver value for money in terms of service & food. Disappointing...

6/10This restaurant came highly recommended both by locals and online reviews we read but we were sadly disappointed. Not sure if it was an off night but the food was bland and quite tasteless. We had to send back one of the side dishes (green beans) we had ordered which were cold and had none of the described flavours. We heard another table complaining about the same dish. They were clearly very busy but the service was not good - we waited a full hour for the bill after asking for it at the end of our meal and were outright ignored as we tried to flag someone down. However the sommelier was very helpful and recommended some delicious wine which we really enjoyed.

3.5/10My family had visited Rosmarino when they visited Taormina a few years back. They remembered it and owner, Rita, fondly. The experience we had this year was the complete opposite. Little attention paid to diners, food was subpar and the whole meal felt like the waitstaff were just going through the motions. Disappointing.

5/10Pasta was very good as was the arancini. Service was disappointing. Nobody ever came to check on us. Our food was initially brought way too quickly before we had wine or bread/olive oil. We felt rushed and then never tended to once we placed our order

4/10Too noisy. The somelier was a little aggressive trying to sell expensive wine on the list. The quality of the tuna was poor and tasteless, required some form of dressing. This was fed back to the Somelier?, and no apology or alteration to bill.

6/10Service was good but the food was not what we had hoped for. Three of the four people in our group were disappointed in their main dish. The sea bass was cooked well and moist but had very little flavor. Two of the pasta dishes could have used more sauce and were pretty dry. The side salad with oranges and onions was loaded up with onions on top and there was no dressing. This restaurant seems intent on preparing dishes that are non traditional with a unique combination of ingredients. Unfortunately, in the process, the chef has omitted flavorful elements of the region. I won’t be returning or recommending to others.

9.5/10Lovely small restaurant. Raw fish appetizer was huge and delicious and reasonable. The mussels were excellent. We shared pasta alla Norma which was a very good size and also very good. The Mt Etna wine was delightful. Very good value for what we paid.

10/10What a warm and memorable experience. Oh, and then the food! I had contact with 6 different servers, all so lovely and welcoming. The food was molto MOLTISSIMO bene, senti, allora, get the Amacardo Tonic to start OK? Trust me.
