The combination of pistacchio and swordfish in the ravioli plate was unexpectedly tasteful. The spaghetti with meatballs was also delicious - it reminded something of home food. Also the service was so nice- all the waiters were friendly.

Service was ok. Bread was stale, starter of arancino was good but mains were average. They encouraged me to order a green salad which was just leaves olives & cucumber even though the fish came with leaves. It was an average experience and cost us nearly £100

The fish dish already comes with a touch of red cabbage on the side, so the salad is meant to be a light, fresh extra. Good food but tables too tightly packed together. We had servers squeezing past to serve other tables and really invading our space as they served other guests.

Food courses where rushed straight after each other with no gap and when I requested that this not what I wished I was informed I should have told the staff?? This is not hospitable and never been made to rush the courses in any restaurant in Italy/Sicily! Calamari was over done and tough although the waiter was happy to change.

A lovely spot with delicious food and attentive service. We had to wait a few minutes for our table, even though we had a reservation, but didn’t mind. The vibe is fun and festive, great attentive service. We ordered pasta and shared a fish special that was outstanding. Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked into Rosmarino we experienced a very memorable night, we were greeted by very friendly staff, then welcomed by the wonderful Rita and introduced to the wine list by the lovely Sommelier.. the food was delicious and the ambiance delightful .. we have been to many restaurants in Taormina but this is hands down the best in every aspect of a dining experience.. I would implore everyone to visit here at least once, I cannot recommend it enough. A huge thanks to all the staff of Rosmarino

+1The view, the area, the interior and exterior were all beautiful. Service was amazing. We started off with mussels, burrata and the daily special ricotta. All were amazing. We then got the Norma, gnocchi and ravioli, the 3 pastas were good, about 7.5-8/10. For dessert we got tiramisu, pane cotta and a cannoli. The cannoli was a little too sweet but the other two were amazing. The tiramisu had a little shot of liquor which you got to “inject” yourself. I only wish the pasta was a little better, other than that everything was fabulous.

Rosmarino is a very pleasant spot just down the hill from Taormina’s center storico. The restaurant was full on a Wednesday night but our table was ready as reserved and the service was prompt. The food was excellent and featured local Sicilian fare. Highly recommended

When a guest tells us right away that something is not to their taste, we are happy to change the dish — that’s what hospitality means to us. 🌿✨ What we don’t accept is being told that our Sicilian dishes are “wrong.” A Falso Magro is a roulade of meat with egg, vegetables, cheese and ham. Braciole Messinesi are small rolls filled with breadcrumbs and parmesan. That’s not our opinion — that’s tradition, passed down for generations. 🍷 So if someone comes here to “teach” us Sicilian cuisine, they’re in the wrong place. We don’t reinvent our food — we respect it. And that’s exactly what we serve at Rosmarino. Rita & the Rosmarino family 🌼

Food was excellent. Good menus options, great wine list, Would highly recommend. Only caveats: tables were right on top of each other on the patio. Pretty standard for many restaurants, but a bit annoying. Waitress pressed us to order our food and wine all at once, and literally refused to give us additional time to review menu options after she answered our questions about the menu. Once order was in, however, pacing was fine and service very good.

Great service, excellent traditional food. Nice varied menu with good veggie options. The swordfish ravioli was the nicest plate I ate during my five days in Taormina.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. We had made a reservation and it was very busy so glad that we did. Everyone who waited on our table was excellent. We ordered sardines for a starter and we were not disappointed. We had these with the most lovely glass of Sicilian rose wine. Our mains were sword fish, which was delicate and full of flavour and meatballs with spaghetti, both were excellent. We had tiramisu for dessert and my husband had a very good espresso to finish. This was honestly one of the best restaurant experiences we have had for a longtime. We loved it!

Super nice ambience, esp seated outside. Service was good, friendly. Outstanding pasta dish was the fish carbonara, with tagliatelle, tuna, botarga, and saffron. Life changing! For the vegans I do not recommend the Sicilian balls. They were seemingly faux meatballs, and were just ok. Better off getting a vegan pasta there I’d go back to try other dishes for sure

The food and service were excellent. We had a group of seven and the staff accommodated us by putting us at one versus two separate tables. The staff were very attentive. We all enjoyed our meals. The special ricotta starter was delicious!

We were recommended Rosmarino. It’s not in the main hub of Taormina itself - but not far to walk and just by the beautiful park. Definitely worth seeking out. The service was great and the food delicious. The menu had plenty of choice. We opted for the specials and weren’t disappointed. Would recommend
