5.5/10Usually experience at Rossopomodoro is good, but this time it was not. We have no complaints towards the food — it was delicious. But the service was awful: the server spilled the beers on our table, phones, bags, clothing; messed up with our order twice (brought wrong beer and forgot to have requested topping for the pizza); the glass of the beer served was all covered with beer. We totally understand that these things may happen and were not angry at the staff, but we didn’t feel they understood they were wrong and should be at least sorry. They did not ask if our clothing and belongings need to be dried, didn’t even offer extra napkins (not even mentioning any compliment) and in the end charged us 10€ for the service. Again, I want to underline that the food is good, usually the service is as well, but this night was an exception. I would not write this negative review if at least we felt the staff cared about us and understood their mistakes.
