I really enjoyed how the dinner combined different flavor palettes — every dish felt distinct, yet worked well together. The number of compositions served over the evening was just right, keeping things interesting without feeling overwhelming. The service was excellent: attentive, friendly, and well-timed, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. It felt like everything flowed naturally, and I left with a great overall impression. A special thank you for making a cocktail according to my favorite recipe — it was a thoughtful touch that made the evening even better.

Simply fabulous! The chef has done an amazing job effectively combining ingredients and flavors that one would not normally imagine together. A real experience and adventure for the palate! Also, excellent service and beautiful setting. I highly recommend Rouge for a special occasion or an elevated dinner.
