10/10Excellent food and service. Everything was delicious Our flight was delayed which meant we arrived late (we did call ahead to alert them) and they were so gracious and accommodating!

2/10It doesn’t make any sense to refuse having us on the rooftop tables because we’re ordering drinks & sweet! even though we made an early reservation so the table is gonna be empty anyway! Use your common sense and win the customers instead of letting the leave immediately with a very bad impression because of your silly rule

10/10Obviously you wanted to be seated upstairs nearest the balcony. I asked for this in my booking and got just that. Perfect views. The food was unbelievable! The service matched the food. Visit here if you can

4.5/10We were greeted so kindly and shown to our table. We recorded our menus. The food choices were particularly great. The food arrived and it was below average. Our pasta was not cooked probably and still slightly raw. Our food was cool in temperature. They don’t do tap water and the bottle of water that’s served at €4 tasted like tap water. the waitress was showing people to tables and vaping and I between also vaping. The pictures online show something really special and it just didn’t feel like that. It felt like a tourist trap. Overpriced. Some staff were lovely but others couldn’t be bothered. Disappointing after all the good reviews it’s had.

8.5/10The balcony area can have a complete view of Colosseum, so need to reserve seat there. Staffs are friendly, smiling with good services.

2.5/10Cold food, poor service. I booked a table a few days in advance and I sent a message asking if we could sit near the window. When we got there, we were sat at the back. I asked the male waiter if we could move, he said he would check and then never responded to us. I went inside to ask the female waitress if we could move and she said the tables were reserved. There were 2-3 tables empty. I asked what time they were booked for and she said we could move 'later'. Then our food arrived and my risotto with prawns was cold. I asked if it could be heated up more, they took it away. Whilst my husband was eating they said we could move table so we took his half eaten plate over to a new table. Then my food came back and it was still cold! I didn't eat much so they asked if there was a problem and I explained it was cold. We asked for the bill and it didn't come. We asked again and the bill came with a note saying 'tip'. I had to explain to the waitress why we would not be leaving a tip!

5.5/10Service was terrible. Waited half an hour for our bill, where we were then told if we wanted to pay by card we would need to wait as the manager was in a meeting. Another 15 mins passed, to the point we had to get up and stand by the door before anyone would come and take our payment. The food was average at best. I would avoid this place, disappointing

9/10Loved our meal and the view of the Colosseum was Fabulous. Great priced food and nice choice of food on the menu. We were given front row seats which you can see on the Instagram page. Loved it as our first meal in Rome. Would definitely recommend.
