6/10Pretty good cuisine but the noise...OMG THE NOISE !!!! IT IS WAR IN THERE !!! Simply put: you cannot have a conversation and à Nice moment, the noise is overwhelming. Too bad...Service ok for the netherlands (they dont like to work too much or too late) and great cooking, but the ambiance is a 0/10. Will never come back.

10/10Discovered the restaurant on Dec9, 2022 and all of us took the 5-course menu. We extremely pleased by the quality of food, very warm & timely service, the quality of wine by glass. We will return to this restaurant ! Congratulations to the chef & team !

9/10A very nice meal. My only “complaint” would be the quality of the wine that was poured for the tasting menus. The variety was well thought out but they were generally cheap bottles. For the price I would have preferred one nice bottle which would have cost about the same.

10/10Not the first time we have been there. Like always it was very nice. Very good service. We didn’t have to wait to long in between the courses. Very nice taste . The dessert was one of the best we had ,cake with chocolate,almonds and caramel...fantastic. Thank you.

10/10We were late but the restaurant kept our reservation. We had a tour after lunch and we only had 1:30h to eat. The serveur and the kitchen made sure we were served on time and the food was amazing.. we also discovered a new wine! Thank you and we will for sure go back !

9/10An absolutely astonishing restaurant that eats a Michelin star to my eyes for sure. We were highly delighted by the welcoming service, extraordinary level of food (surprising menu!) and greatly combined wines. Due to the small size of the restaurant it was a bit noisy but most definitely not disturbing too much. Has its price accordingly, though.

10/10I am a really spoiled brat food wise, I am talking Guide Michelin.:-) . But this experience was extraordinary unbelievable .amazing food , wine and service. Can’t wait to come back. One of the best ever.

10/10Amazing, high quality food in a beautiful location in the City Centre of Maastricht. The staff is very nice and helpful and therefore makes it the perfect dining experience.

9.3/10The service was excellent and as it was a warm evening we sat outside on the terrace/ courtyard. Lovely. We stated in our booking we had a vegetarian In our party and although there were no vegetarian meals listed they made special plates for us. The mid week 11.11 euro per course is amazing value

10/10It was honestly a night to remember, all staff were extremely attentive and made the evening extremely Special for both my mother and I. I have already shown all Family and friends Pictures of the 6 course tasting menu we had and have highly recommended your Establishment! Presentation and Quality of Food was amazing! Thank you for everything and Keep doing what you're doing! :-)

6.8/10Hi. We've been to rozemarijn before and had a great experience both time. Unfortunatly this wasn't the case this time. Instead of choosing the menu we had a la carte dishes. This was clearly a mistake. Although the food was still excellent and very well prepared, the portions were way too small and the service extremely slow. We were obviously alligned with those table who took the menu and there was no way we would get ahaed of them. It took us more than three hours for a stater, a main dish and a dessert. When we finally got to the coffee, the waitress forgot to bring us the mignardises she brought at the other tables. Same thing with the box of truffles. In the end we spent three and a half hour in this restaurant and ended up hungry and quite frustrated. It will be a long time if we ever go back.

9/10High quality cuisine but a bit small portions for the main dish. Very kind personnel. Would highly recommend it for an excellent culinary experience.
