The children, who chose a la carte, waited more than two hours before the (small) main course finally arrived. Me and my wife had the four-course menu, but the portions were really small, and we left still feeling hungry. My son's entrecote was almost rare, but nobody asked how he liked it cooked. The presentation came across as pretentious rather than elegant. Watching the open kitchen didn’t help—seeing the chef taste and then serve with the same spoon was off-putting. Altogether, a disappointing experience and on top of that, waaay too expensive for what you get.

I can eeally reccomend this restaurant in the heart of Maastricht, cozy ambient, hidden court, despite the noise outside it was so cal and relaxing with a view on the garden and the historical buildings. The menu was very good and the service fruendly and professional

The first two courses of our 5 course menu went reasonably fast. The other courses took much more time. In the end the meal lasted 3.5 hours with long waits in between. Curiously we were told we could either take the sweet course or cheese as a dessert. On the bill a surplus of 9 euros appeared for the cheese. The 6 course meal, which would have included cheese, would have been cheaper than the 5 course one with cheese. Since we wanted to leave the restaurant we didn’t make a fuss about it as it surely would have taken more time. The food is very good and tasty.

What a nice evening dinner before André Rieu show. Indeed cozy and attending staff with a smile. Super nice experience at the "chefs table" Excellent menu. Suzette & Bjarne with parents from restaurant "Det Blå Tog" in Holsted - Denmark.

Pretty good cuisine but the noise...OMG THE NOISE !!!! IT IS WAR IN THERE !!! Simply put: you cannot have a conversation and à Nice moment, the noise is overwhelming. Too bad...Service ok for the netherlands (they dont like to work too much or too late) and great cooking, but the ambiance is a 0/10. Will never come back.

Discovered the restaurant on Dec9, 2022 and all of us took the 5-course menu. We extremely pleased by the quality of food, very warm & timely service, the quality of wine by glass. We will return to this restaurant ! Congratulations to the chef & team !

A very nice meal. My only “complaint” would be the quality of the wine that was poured for the tasting menus. The variety was well thought out but they were generally cheap bottles. For the price I would have preferred one nice bottle which would have cost about the same.

Quality of food was ok but Kitchen/Chef was not focused on serving the main course on time an quality ???? even though restaurants capacity was not at all reached

Not the first time we have been there. Like always it was very nice. Very good service. We didn’t have to wait to long in between the courses. Very nice taste . The dessert was one of the best we had ,cake with chocolate,almonds and caramel...fantastic. Thank you.

We were late but the restaurant kept our reservation. We had a tour after lunch and we only had 1:30h to eat. The serveur and the kitchen made sure we were served on time and the food was amazing.. we also discovered a new wine! Thank you and we will for sure go back !

An absolutely astonishing restaurant that eats a Michelin star to my eyes for sure. We were highly delighted by the welcoming service, extraordinary level of food (surprising menu!) and greatly combined wines. Due to the small size of the restaurant it was a bit noisy but most definitely not disturbing too much. Has its price accordingly, though.

The food is great, but one of the staff was not nice and we had the awkward moment sometimes. Maybe because of his English? The rest of them were great though.

Amazing, high quality food in a beautiful location in the City Centre of Maastricht. The staff is very nice and helpful and therefore makes it the perfect dining experience.

Absolutely excellent combination of different tastes. Food of high quality but a bit too noisy ( full restaurant on Valentine's dinner)

The service was excellent and as it was a warm evening we sat outside on the terrace/ courtyard. Lovely. We stated in our booking we had a vegetarian In our party and although there were no vegetarian meals listed they made special plates for us. The mid week 11.11 euro per course is amazing value

It was honestly a night to remember, all staff were extremely attentive and made the evening extremely Special for both my mother and I. I have already shown all Family and friends Pictures of the 6 course tasting menu we had and have highly recommended your Establishment! Presentation and Quality of Food was amazing! Thank you for everything and Keep doing what you're doing! :-)

High quality cuisine but a bit small portions for the main dish. Very kind personnel. Would highly recommend it for an excellent culinary experience.
