They don’t get the meat right and service is slow and erroneous. Non-European staff.

We were the first people there for dinner. Lovely ambience. The food was all on point and delicious. The serving staff were very good. The Mgmt staff who greeted us and took our order were just not impressive. They were not chatty or helpful. Didn’t have recommendations and would have much preferred Aaron and Orez to have served us from the beginning to the end. Ordered the burrata salad, prawn pasta and Wagyu burger among few other dishes. They were amazing. The least impressive were the puffed potato chips served with the burger. Highly recommend the truffle potatoes as well.

Great meal, as always when we go there! The desserts are perhaps the least inspired thing, but only because the starters and mains are so delicious.

Great food, atmosphere and service could not fault

Madrid branch of the Latin American chain. Elements of Brazil pao De queijo and Saturday feijoada, but also some Argentine influences - provoleta, chorizo criollo and empanadas. Service is excellent. The restaurant is great for big parties. It was also on the way to the airport from the centre of town which suited me on my departure day!

Fantastic restaurant!! The food, the space and the staff. Everything. I really recommend this restaurant. Maybe the best steak tartare I have ever eaten.

Wonderful place. A bit pricey for Madrid. But excellent value for money. Good selection of wine. Meat lovers paradise. Part of my steak was medium rare instead of medium hence the 4 stars. But very flavorful.

Good service, the steak (Fraldinha), was delicious, the ambience was very nice and a very good wine choice. Definitely a place to go back in Madrid

My husband and I went on Saturday for the feijoada. It was excellent and brought us back memories of our years in Brazil. The pao de queijo was out of this world. The service was excellent, attentive and very professional. All in all a great experience. Thank you.

Expensive average food. The waiter was rude, really bad service. I was going to take my colleagues during a congress but canceled. Great location and the restaurant is beautiful, if the service was good I would. It mind the price.

The changes in the menu made it a lot worse. The appetizer plate has disappeared and been replaced by onions and olives, nevertheless still charged at 4.50 a head. The delicious burger is now bland, comes in a bun, average at best. Many items have been taken off the dessert menu as well. We had been expecting the usual high standard of food and left feeling disappointed.

Very good service, we had a good time enjoying an excellent meal as a family. The wagyu rib eye is a real treat! I would definitely recommend Rubaiyat.

Great restaurant with excellent steaks. The baby beef was melting and very well prepared, also the starter Jamon Iberico and the dessert with Belgium chocolate are highly recommended. Staff was friendly and attentative. Although the place is huge, that was not felt as a problem through the setup, the distances between the tables offer good privacy.

Lovely restaurant with great ambience . It is a little on the pricey side but looks to be well frequented by locals which is an excellent advertisement. Food very good and the Rioja from the recommendations excellent and well priced .Service very good.

The restaurant has an amazing staff and overall service, which could be rare in Madrid. The food itself overall is amazing, this is a high end Brazilian meat restaurant. It is a bit pricy comparing to other good quality places in Madrid, but it was 100% worth it. I come here often with my friends, usually for lunch. They have very cozy garden style terrace in the summers. Recommending to everyone! I wish we had more places of this kind of quality in Madrid, really stands out comparing to other restaurants!

Food magnificent. We turned away the couvert which is just brought to you without you ordering it. They should stop this practice otherwise an excellent meal.
