1st they made a mistake on the credit card charge. They were unable to fix an overcharged of €100 on the credit card in a timely manner. While we waited, we decide to buy another round because they were taking so long to fix the problem with my friend having to go to the lobby to figure it out. Manager said it will be refunded in the next 5 days. no real excuse as to WHY that would take so long. When I went to pay for the round that we had while we waited it was €34. I handed them a €50 and was told that they had no change and it would require them to go to the lobby for change. Don't make your problem, my problem. How do you run a business and not have basic change. To Top it all off the eggs and ham with foi over potatoes was nothing more than canned potato sticks with ham and egg and a frozen canned foi grated over top. saying "This may cost me my job" to a customer is never acceptable. Not a €5 error but €100, just fix the problem. Just go for wine a view, nothing else.

I regret going to Rumba. It is located in a Marriott hotel. The kitchen was understaffed, overloaded with room service orders and very slow. A simple starter took embarrassingly long to deliver. The pasta was undercooked and inedible. The pasta was removed from the bill and a free bottle of cava was offered. I turned down the cava. Our accommodation didn’t include a fridge and we have never risked putting cava in our checked bags when flying. I left disappointed, hungry and tired. The staff were professional, compassionate and overly apologetic. I hate seeing food wasted. The kitchen and management should be ashamed of themselves.

Great Service and outgoing staff, good food as well but the codfish so so, cheescake was good :) we'll be back to the terrace for the Next time for more good times
