The food was enjoyable, but our evening ended on a sour note. Toward the end of our meal, we were chatting with the neighboring table when staff abruptly asked us to leave to free up the table—without prior warning and in front of other guests. If there’s a time limit policy, it should be communicated upfront. The way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary. ---

A lovely little restaurant, close to our hotel. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was freshly cooked and delicious. The house red wine was very good too and reasonably priced. Certainly a place to visit again but important to book in advance.

Exceptional value with very good to excellent meals, and friendly staff. Get the Rabbit and our Panna Cotta and Tiramisu was wonderful. Our salads were very fresh also. We visited Rome and Florence and this was the first good value restaurant of the trip. The Euro 9 bottle of Sangovise was perfect with our food. We only have 2 days in Siena, but we are going back to Rusticamente Osteria!
