The wine was good, the 1st dishes was ok the Diafragma meat was like a chewing gum the Tiramisu and the absolute chocolate was bad. The price was very much expensive related to the low quality of the food

I was a little skeptical when I made the reservation, but this place was amazing. The food was all delicious, the service was excellent, and the setting was so peaceful and beautiful. On our way out, we saw that there was a large outdoor patio with live music and wish we could have stayed to enjoy that as well. My whole family agrees that this was our best dinner in Sardegna.

Located in a resort . Ambience is good but probably let down by closed doors ? AC. Food was well presented and service was quick . We finished the meal in 90 mins . Good parking is available . It was an evening meal so dress code for the resort residents was desired . Few people came along in shorts and glorified beach wear

Food was good, pasta with beef and seafood was cooked perfectly. Seafood plate cooked properly and seasoned well! Menu seems to be translated to English using applications, so be aware of that when ordering. Beautiful place but outside the town and by a bit hidden.

Restaurant is surrounded by the beautiful well kept garden. Smiling and pleasant stuff, surprising and delicious fine cuisine, large choice of local wines. Outdoor bar has life jazz music, just a right spot to enjoy after dinner cocktails. Bravo S’Ollastinu, it was indeed fine dining experience.

The atmosphere was not very intimate, because the room was lit too brightly. The food was good, but we felt like we paid for the presentation, not the quality. The different courses came too quickly and we ended up finished after an hour for three courses + amouse + coffee.

We've visited this region many times over the years and enjoyed some exceptional local cuisine, We were intrigued by the menu and excellent reviews for this restaurant, and whilst the service is excellent, (if perhaps a little overbearing), the environment is exceptional and the wine list interesting and well priced the food menu - for us was a little to experimental, and of the six dishes we tried only one really sang as a harmonious blend of ingredients, the endive with tomato crisps. The most disappointing being the main course fish dishes, the Orata and mixed fried fish - in both cases the fish tasted fishy (not fresh) which one does not expect at the seaside or when paying a very high price. Also whilst the chocolate ingot dessert in itself was delicious the garnish of un-toasted almond flakes and unripe chopped peach was just not palatable. We genuinely wanted to give a high rating and started the meal excited to do so - for us everything but the food gets 5 stars,

From the moment we walked inside and so how beautiful and simple the dining room was we fell in love and knew the food had to be amazing. The staff is very friendly and very attentive without being invasive. The menu varied and the wine list great. Presentation was perfection. The kitchen staff are artists. What topped the presentation were the flavors. The food was 2 Michelin star at least!!! If you’re traveling and near this restaurant, GO.
