3/10Be ready to wait 30 minutes to order while the owner is talking to other guests. Be ready to be interrupted every 5 minutes while eating with questions if everything is okay and others. Be ready not to relax because you always feel a pressure and presence of the owner. Be ready to have not delicious food,not worthy to be called a ,,Fish restaurant" Be ready that water will be included into your bill even if you didn't have it on your table. Be ready to come out of this place and realize it wasn't worthy your time and money at all. I rarely write reviews, either good or bad but today's experience wasn't nice. Only the writer boy was a nice spot there.

Sa Pischera delivered an unforgettable dining experience! We started with the oysters, which were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The black spaghetti was a standout, perfectly al dente and bursting with rich flavors. Lastly, the swordfish stole the show—flaky, succulent, and cooked to perfection. Every dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's talent and attention to detail. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was top-notch. I can't recommend Sa Pischera enough for anyone seeking a remarkable meal. Five stars all the way!

10/10A great restaurant in the heart of Cagliari. Cozy and atmospheric. Helpful staff and a very friendly owner. But above all, fantastic food. If you're craving seafood prepared with love, book a table.

10/10Very nice fish restaurant in the middle of the center. Interior eclectic , nice recycling elements, it feels warm and welcoming. The food was very good, we take tuna tartar with black truffle, the taste was marvelous, the cod was very fresh, the wine menu was very good. So we all enjoyed the evening very much!

Staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. We shared the smoked fish platter, the fregola with lobster, the anenome and the grilled calamari. Every dish was savory and well prepared. Portions were generous. We had the carignano wine which we loved. My husband asked about the mirto we ordered to end our meal because he wanted to buy a bottle. It was homemade and we loved it. We will most definitely return. There are so many other dishes we want to try.

8/10The owner and staff that run this restaurant are fantastic. It's a busy restaurant and sometimes service seemed overwhelmed. The food is authentic Mediterranean seafood. Must try the mussel soup.

Stefano was a terrific guide of the menu. The selection of smoked fish was a great starter. My favorite was the burrata & scarlet shrimp (Burida alla Cagliartina)

5/10we arrived 5 minutes early and were told to come back in 10 minutes , even though they could have seated us without any problem. 15 minutes later ( we just walked around) they phoned and asked where we were because we have a reservation. afterwards the waiter attending us did not understand the drink order and last and most important the food is maximum average and overpriced în companion to other fish and seafood restaurants in old Town Cagliari. overall we will for sure not return

Salve, veramente siete arrivati 20 minuti prima dell’ inizio del servizio alle 19,10 e vi abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di tornare perché finivamo di preparare la sala. Siete tornati alle 19,50 . Può succedere che il cameriere non capisca l’ordine ma poi mi sembra che il cibo vi sia piaciuto ( piatti vuoti). Ci dispiace se vi siete arrabbiati, ma non è bello far accomodare i clienti con l’ aspirapolvere accesa……

5.5/10Food was pretty basic. Plucked from the sea and put on the grill. No seasoning, minimal preparation and presentation. Sides were average. Wine was nice

6/10Nothing special in this restaurant. The fish was not scaled properly, so the stew-like dish was full of fish scales. Additionally the menu they presented had higher prices compared to their menu on their web site.
