My reservation didn’t show up in the system, which already caused issues from the beginning. Unfortunately, the overall experience was even worse. The waiters were overly attentive to two women sitting at the next table, giving them all their focus, while completely ignoring our table. It took a long time for them to even take our order, and we received almost no attention throughout the meal. The head waiter was also inattentive — it was the pizza chef who ended up bringing us our food, while the head waiter continued to focus on the female guests. This kind of preferential treatment made the experience quite uncomfortable and far below expectations. I was very disappointed.
