A wonderful discovery! Sabor Canario offers authentic and refined cuisine, elevated by high-quality ingredients and a perfectly paired selection of wines. The warm welcome and family atmosphere make the experience even more enjoyable. This is a place where you can truly feel the passion and craftsmanship in every dish. Congratulations to the entire team! I couldn’t share all the photos because every dish was so tempting, and I ended up eating before I could take them all!

extraordinary and creative menu, very delicious food, top quality ingredients and beautiful created plates. Ambience, close to the bay/ beach of Los Cristianos with nice lateral view to it from the terrace, stylish interior of the restaurant. attentive and pleasant service from Mirco made the dinner even more special. In total an awesome experience, thanks again.

Amazing food and beautiful presentation! The octopus was insanly delicious. Everything we tried was tasty and the waiter was super nice and brought a good mood to the table. Also the chef came out to check if everything is all right, which made us feel very welcomed. Big recommendation 👏

The service of dishes is really beautiful, but it’s not tasty. There is not enough flavors and textures of some dishes are not apetizing and not good at all. The price and quality is not reasonable. After dinner 2 people from 5 had stomach problems…. So sad, it could be lovely. Better go to good italien restaurant in the city.

Muchas gracias por su opinión que no coincide muchos con nuestro trabajo, en 6 personas gastaste 140 euros en un restaurante donde normalmente se gasta lo mismo importe una pareja. Paso lo chef y felicitaste todo estaba fenomenal..... Así que imagino que si alguien estuvo malo es porque o demasiada fiesta después o no están acostumbrados a comer de calidad... Sabe después de 10 años abierto sabemos lo que hacemos y también reconocemos la gente que se equivoca de sitio y no es para comer cocina de alta calidad. Un saludo lo staff

The food was incredibly delicious at a great price. The staff was excellent and friendly. We haven’t eaten anywhere else on Tenerife as well as we did here. Definitely not to be missed. Thank you, Myrco and colleagues, for the wonderful evening. Until next time!

we were a little concerned booking a table at 3pm on Saturday that the restaurant would be empty- it wasn’t of course. the team were very friendly explaining the dishes to us and offering Canarian wines. the food was of great quality and we enjoyed every course. the Pork Cheek and Hake mains were really well presented. wish we could come again. Thank you .

The staff were very friendly, wine and starter were delicious and presentation beautiful, However, the main meals were disappointing. The salmon Dijon mustard sauce was deep fried in breadcrumbs was dry and overcooked, The Dijon sauce was tasteless just like a jug of cream. The wagu risotto was overdone and had a rubbery texture. The tiramisu had a strange powdery texture, with no coffee or marsala taste. Others meal ok but the pork loin was very good, overall a bit disappointing,

El risotto es cocinado por mano de un italiano asi que lo malo es si esta pasato???? también usamos un arroz italiano bastante particulares que se queda diferente al paladar de personas no acostumbrada. Lo sentimos que no le gusto como esperaba pero tambien hace falta un poco de conocimiento de lo que se come, el tiramisu de gofio dedicado a canaria es asi característico esto sabor de harina tostada de gofio, hecho con licor de gofio y cafe, que para su cumpleaños invito la casa con una velitas. Seguro que no podemos gustar a todos la invitamos a probar la proxima vez y pedir mas info a nuestro camareros para que encuentre algo que le guste un saludos

It was not the first time we came here. And it always gives us reasons to come back. The food is delicious and always served beautifully. Every plate is like an artwork. They served us also a very good wine from Tenerife. The people are friendly and very welcoming. We are certainly coming back when we are in Tenerife.

This place is just amazing!! Starting with the service where the waiter calls you by your own name (and it makes you feel welcome), then the food was a mixture of beautiful tastes that I have only tried at Michelin star restaurants. Wondering if they are running for it!! I ate oysters with caviar, smoked salmon tartare and tuna tataki. It’s definitely one of the restaurants you must try in Tenerife! Thanks to Katherine, Nacho (sorry if I am wrongly spelling your names!!!) and the chef, sous chef and a girl who is supporting them too. I met the five of them, and I’d say it is one of the best staff ever with the chef stopping at your table asking about your dinner. Run for the Michelin star, you’re in the right way!!

We found this restaurant by searching for good rated places to eat in costa de silencio. We thought we would try it as the menu suited us all and we are so pleased we did. Our evening delivered superb service, delicious food and a very relaxed evening.

The salad was not seasoned and carelessly presented. The cold fish and seafood platter presented without any dip or spice, as if the individual parts had been placed directly on the plate from the packaging. Very disappointing!
