Last night was my second time dining at Sabores do Campo, although this time I dined alone as my friends had returned home a few days earlier. I ordered the Seabass a second time and enjoyed it even more as I was not overly full from indulging in appetizers and other dishes as I had the first time. The fish was done perfectly and the accompanying vegetables were savoury and delicious! The wine recommendation went perfectly as well.

We really enjoyed our dinner and the service was superb. They managed a full restaurant efficiently and quickly. We had delicious wine and the presentation of everything was stunning. However, the room was dated and two of our three main course dinners came with the same sauce, vegetable and plate presentation, which seemed a bit strange. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely go back.

5/10If you want choice, don't go at lunch time. Today it was chicken or fish, no menu options. Also, they brought out our "choice" before we'd had much of our appetiser. On the plus side it was cheap

10/10One of our favourite restaurants which never disappoints for quality of food, excellent service and a outstanding wine list. Depending on the season, you have the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Lunchtime, it offers prato do dia dishes with a choice of meat or fish dish and a salad in summer. In the evenings, there is a more comprehensive choice of menu. Yes, the restaurant is a little bit more expensive than others locally but it's a cut above the average in all aspects and well worth it. I always reserve a table with the fork because not surprisingly, it gets busy. My one criticism is the parking spaces. Directly outside is OK but left and right of the restaurant, it is bumpy, uneven and difficult to park.

10/10Lovely local restaurant hiding on a side street northwest of the town. Recommended by our air bnb host and open on Wed night! Made a reservation online and had a 7 pm delicious meal! Fun also observing a large family gathering celebrating ! Quiet, clean and excellent service!

3.5/10Food was not good. Starters were fries and with it came a lemon that was there. For a few days already. The main was not the worst but had lack of passion. The staff serving ithat night was really bad. They didn’t pay attention and looked grumpy. The atmosphere was bad. I expected more of this place after reading other reviews.

10/10We stayed locally to this restaurant for 10 days and it was recommended to us by our host. We visited twice as we enjoyed it so much the first time. The food was delicious, our favourites being the shrimp to start and the wild pig for main. They have an excellent selection of wines also. For me the best thing about this restaurant, and the reason we visited twice, was the staff. The waiters were excellent. They were very attentive, polite, conversational and I felt genuinely wanted is to have an enjoyable time. We hope to be back in Portugal in the future and if so we will definitely be back to dine again.

10/10We have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened many years ago. Never disappointed. Food quality excellent. Best wine selection around and owners and staff have a good knowledge and always enjoy their recommendations. Never like recommending restaurants to friends because they all have different tastes but don’t think you would be disappointed after an evening at Sabores

9/10A very nice, Portuguese fare restaurant with great service and an extensive wine list. The menu offers several options of fish, meats, and pastas. The food is very good, though the lombinhos (pork tenderloin) was a wee bit on the dry vs moist side. It came with perfectly prepared chips! Robalo was good and came with a healthy portion of vegetables. Service was spot on and the servers took time to explain how each meal was prepared and engaged in polite banter, making one feel very welcome. Will be back for certain.

The service was really good and the food excellent. We all had different mains and all were very happy with what we had. The place is off the main roads and a little hard to find without sat nav but is well worth the visit. We have booked again for later in the week
