10/10We ended up here after a search on The Fork and were wonderfully surprised. We've been in Italy for 5 days, and this is the best meal we've had so far! The Iberico Hobayaki is the most delicious thing I've eaten in recent memory. Great service and really good vibes.

10/10It was such a great dinner. The staff were so nice and gentle, the food amazing and the best part was a sommelier who suggested us which Sake each of us should take considering our tastes. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed having our dinner and talking with him. I definitely will go back there.

10/10This restaurant was awesome. The atmosphere was quaint like you are in an antique bookstore. The servers were fantastic. The Saki was amazing and the food was Michelin worthy! Loved it!!!

10/10It was an amazing experience. Waiters were very kind and professional and friendly. We ordered from the a la carte menu and everything were super delicious. Fresh meet and fish, especially the a5 wagyu. Plates are well presented and explained when we were served. Huge menu of sake and Japanese spirits and cocktails. Definitely will come back! Super recommended!!

10/10Amazing Food, Amazing Interior, Amazing Vibe. Most importantly, people in the restaurants are very very nice as well. Easily the best restaurant overall in Milan, or the best Japanese restaurant.

10/10We have been to Sakeya twice, years apart, and really enjoyed the food both times. The sake selection is incredible as is the service. The black cod is outstanding and the chicken kabobs are flavorful and delicious.

10/10Great find! We came here after a full day of exploring Milan. The staff was very welcoming and the service was fantastic. Food was great, we had one of the pre-set meals and it was delicious. Enjoyed trying the different sake and cocktails. Atmosphere was awesome, loved all the details. Will be coming back next time we're in town!

10/10We had the best experience. This restaurant is one of the best Japanese we ever had. I had to take a second of the octopus as this is the best I ever had. The service was also perfect. All in all a great experience I recommend to everyone you wants to try real Japanese cuisine

9.5/10the best - and most authentic - Japanese food I’ve had in ages. Sake variety insane but be careful with the aged stuff, go with whisky afterwards if not familiar. literally everything was excellent.

10/10I loved the atmosphere, the food and the service.. We took as a starter the WAGYU TATAKI, SATSUMAAGE TAKOYAKI FU, and KUSHI MIX - 6 SPIEDINI, all really good. As a main course we had the UNAGI TO NASUBI and the KOHITSUJI, both amazing. We even took 2 desserts in the end and i would say that was the only thing that was a little bit disappointing. The restaurant is beautiful and really quite. We loved it!

10/10We had an incredible meal at Sakeya. All of the waitstaff was incredibly knowledgable. The Sake sommelier assisted with sake pairings for each of our plates. We couldn't have been happier with both the meal and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

The waitress who received us is really kind and knows about the menu and the sake. all the service in general was awesome and it was a really pleasant time there. i would certainly come back to try new things.
