We loved our visit to Sal8. The ambience was elegant but relaxed, and the service was impeccable and attentive without being fussy. Nearly every dish on the menu was tempting, and our choices were flavorful and attractively plated. Complimentary prosecco was offered before our orders were taken, and complimentary sweet wine after the meal. The price tag for 3 courses each and a nice Cataratto wine was €57 per person, and well worth it. It was one of our most enjoyable meals during 2.5 weeks in Sicily, and we'd definitely return if in the area.

Service was exceptional. Food was wonderful. I had a tagliatelle with pig OK do you think this is our Ragu, which I would recommend. be sure to make reservations as they are very busy.

+3The service was attentive although it took a long time to get the bill lol. Anyway the food was great and the flavors exquisite. Nice touch to serve sparkling wine when seated and also loved the roasted octopus and sea bass. Long line of people waiting when I left.

10/10We came to this restaurant based on a recommendation from our host and it was absolutely worth it! The initial welcome by a lady was a bit unfriendly, but shortly after, the (presumably head) service manager took over, and from that moment on, the service was fantastic, very pleasant, attentive, and professional. The real highlight for us was the pasta especially the ravioli filled with ricotta and pistachios. Without a doubt, the best pasta we had during our entire stay in Sicily. They were so delicious, we kept talking about them for days afterward! We would definitely recommend this restaurant the food alone makes it a must-visit.

Didn’t expect it to be this delicious! Everything we ordered was amazing! The restaurant also served complimentary aperitifs and breadsticks. Service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and they speak English too. The pasta and tiramisu were both incredibly tasty! Prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is just perfect! Highly recommended!

All of the staff was so kind and welcoming. Complimentary Prosecco served once we were seated. The food was excellent. Had a caprese salad, linguine with shrimp, black ravioli with squid, tuna trio and tiramisu. Complimentary lemon pistachio granite and lemonchello to finish the meal. We were seated outside on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was very busy but our meal was relaxing and perfect! Thank you Sal8! .

10/10All of the dishes we had were delicious. We had two antipasti, two primi and shared a secundi and have nothing but glowing reviews of everything. We paired our meal with a bottle of white wine and it made for a memorable night. One thing to ensure before you get here is to find parking. We were in town during a festival and it was quite an adventure trying to find a place to park. Nothing against the restaurant, but definitely something to consider when going out in Agrigento at night.

10/10We had an excellent lunch sitting outside on the terrace in beautiful Agrigento. We followed our server's suggestions and he did not steer us wrong. The pastry on the vegetable struesel was sublime and the selection of fish appetizers a great way to taste a number of their dishes. Pasta entrees were both well presented and delicious. We had high expectations based on reviews and they were exceeded!

8/10Service was good... Especially by our male waiter.. Tall, dark skinned. Friendly and respectful. Food was well cooked. Rabbit was nicely cooked... Lacked a kick or seasoning.... Would have been better with a small amount of mashed potato or rice.
