The hotel Hacienda del Conde has a relaxed and elegant atmosphere; the Salazar Restaurant the same. The waiter and sommelier Juan was simply amazing. Faultless in his professional service. The food was of course, excellent and surprising. An evening we can thoroughly recommend, especially if you are looking for a gourmet experience or some fine dining for a special occasion, without the noise or hustle of some of the Michelin restaurants in Puerto de la Cruz. Don't miss it!
