3.5/10The only place I’ve left a bad review and I ate at 15 restaurants on my holiday Rushed service whilst food was still on the plate Screeching door constantly in use, all that’s needed is a bit of oil Food we ate most definitely frozen Guy on the till just browsed on his phone taking no notice of what’s going on the in the restaurant, whist trying to pay he was again just scrolling on his phone. Tripadvisor stickers on the window and it’s not on Tripadvisor

Caro cliente buongiorno. Ci ricordiamo bene di voi e di dove eravate seduti. Più volte vi è stato chiesto se il vostro pranzo stava procedendo bene e la vostra risposta era stata sempre positiva. Dal feedback ricevuto dai ragazzi di sala sembrava fosse andato tutto bene, come di solito va con i nostri ospiti. Le chiediamo, per favore di spiegarci, in maniera più dettagliata, il motivo di una recensione così negativa. Cosa nello specifico non avete gradito? Il nostro referente di sala ci riferisce che la carne ordinata l'avete mangiata tutta, lasciando l'osso pulito. Anche le nostre patatine fresche fritte sono state mangiate tranquillamente senza alcun problema. Come lei stesso può verificare dalle recensioni che riceviamo, ci sembra strano ricevere una recensione del genere. Restiamo, quindi, in attesa di una vostra gentile risposta per capire meglio la situazione. Le rinnoviamo i nostri saluti.

9/10We enjoyed our evening here. The food was good.We enjoyed the tagliata of beef although the Parmesan and rocket was a bit lacking. We also had the lamb skewers which were excellent as were the fries. We had a lovely wine from the rose selection which was very reasonably priced. To finish we had the lemon tirimisiu which was great. The music was chilled and the staff were lovely.The overall price was extremely reasonable and we would gladly return. Just one small criticism,if the table is wonky the guests should not have to fix it themselves!

10/10Steaks were cooked to perfection, potatoes as well. One person had a Wagu burger and he thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely go back again.

8.5/10Food good. We had the beef fillet & the mixed grill. Tasty enough. Some kind of sauce would have been a nice addition. Service was excellent - very friendly. Ambience good. Restaurant was quiet when we arrived at 8:00 pm and was full by 8:30.. Recommended if you'd like a change from pizza / pasta..

Sorry to tell but it was so embarrassing to get that foods , steaks like gum , the “salad” costs 4euro extra without asking but it would be fine if it tasted good, unfortunately it was just soooooo terrible

Purtroppo non avete voluto ascoltare i consigli sulla cottura del taglio di carne che avete scelto. Vi avevamo anche consigliato che, se volevate la carne ben cotta, sarebbe stato opportuno scegliere un altra tipologia di taglio. La griglia e la sua cottura sono un'arte, se non vi fidate dei consigli di chi la pratica, non è colpa nostra. Per quanto riguarda l'insalata il prezzo di € 4 non crediamo proprio sia sbagliato e non ci si può lamentare che sia caro. Avete anche ricevuto lo sconto The Fork come prassi. Forse avete sbagliato location e sareste dovuti andare in un fast food?

9/10Restaurant and staff were great, including atmosphere and super responsive service. Food was decent but not impressive. There are a lot worse places you could eat. I would go back with a friend or group going there, but would explore other options otherwise.

9/10My husband loves steak and doesn't eat carbs so he was in his element with the Tomahawk.. I thoroughly enjoyed my steak too. Sat outside, nice ambience and staff were attentive but not intrusive.

10/10We had really good steak, chips & salad plus a double cheeseburger - both delicious. Service was excellent - they remembered us from a couple of days ago - attentive without being fawning. Nice vibe inside with music from my era in the background. If meat is your thing, this is the place to go!

8.5/10Our meal here was overall really great. Bruschetta was amazing. Pappardelle ragu was the best I've ever had. I scored 4/5 for the meal as the breaded veal (with mixed grill ) was not good and disappointing. Also 4/5 for service as we asked for certain meals to be served together and this didn't happen so we ended up eating separately. The staff were also lovely. Don't let this put you off though as it was a great meal.

9/10The risotto was copious, original and delicious. The atmosphere is nice, cool and calm inside. For some reason this day, the waiter took a lot of time to take the command. It was not a big deal to wait for the food but neither were we proposed a drink. We ended up calling for it after more than 20 minutes.

Nice surprise in the center of Palermo. All what we tried was great, tartar, bruschetta, fillet , mixed grill fish , pasta , and after all homemade sweets. Good wine choice and very friendly and pleasant service. 200 euros in 4 considering we got 2 bottles of wine , appetizers , main dish and dessert said it all. A place we would go back … let me correct, a place we will go back tonight. Strongly recommended especially to Meat lovers

The restaurant is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We ordered some starters, steaks and wines. They’re really nice. We have a wonderful meal here and very enjoyed. Recommended.
