5/10Extremely slow service. We weren’t able to even order drinks (even just water) til about a half hour after sitting down. Not a good experience. I was very upset about the service in general.

10/10I think having the first dinner in Bologna at L'Osteria De Burdèl was a mistake because the bar is now set extremely high. Luca was attentive, thoughtful with his suggestions and also provided us with amazing service. The food was nothing like I’ve had before and the wine paired beautifully. Grazie mille, Luca and the amazing chefs at L'Osteria De Burdèl for an unforgettable experience and I hope to cross paths again in the near future.

10/10it was amazing, the food was spectacular! i probably cannot forget the taste of the courgette starter... the waitress that served to us was really kind and helpful. definitely worth to visit.

10/10We had one of those meals that you talk about for years. From the starter to the dessert, every bite was amazing. I had tagliatelle Bolognese and roast beef, and my husband had the best lasagna of his life. So so good! It was our first meal in Bologna and will be hard to top!

6.5/10It is an adequate place, its ambient is cozzy and warm. The service is ok and the food is good, not fantastic or outstanding, but you will enjoy a good pasta dish. Perhaps we were expecting something spectucular, but nontheless, it is a good option.

8.5/10It was our first night back in Italy (trip number 5) but first real amount of time in Bologna. I had done some research on the traditional meals of the area. I had the verdi Lasagna and it was excellent! My husband had tortellini in brodo and also very good! Food was excellent, wine was just ok (may have been what we selected and it was too warm), and service was ok. We do our best to speak Italian but they did default to English.

5/10Terrible. We ordered antipasta, 2 “bolognese”, took 70 minutes to be served. On top of it the bolognese we mistakenly ordered thinking it was bolognese pasta but really, it’s pork cutlet. So don’t be a rookie and make sure to order tagliatelle al ragu. Again, order mistake was on us but we did not expect to wait an hour for our food. We were full from bread and wine and appetizer at this point. Now onto the ragu. Disappointing. Went out of our way from Florence to try traditional bolognese pasta and it was oily and salty. The pork cutlet was even worse; overcooked and dried out.

10/10The food was exelent!! Tipical Bolognese! We had the tipical tagliatele al ragu and drank and excelent lambrusco Emiliano! The clients seems to be normaly locals.

9.5/10Excellent food. Enough variety to satisfy a party of six. No mean feat in many instances. The service was sprightly and accurate. Just enough guidance on wine selection of a local varietal without being overbearing. We would most certainly return, should the opportunity present itself.
