Was very nice to find a waiter who spoke so many languages! The background music was very nice, over all great experience! The fiorentino steak was out of this world as well as the mixed grill!

Affordable and tasty with good portions, great homemade pasta but the bread was a little dry and we didn't find any vegertarian appetizers and skipped dessert.. You can mix and match the pasta and sauces.

Fantastic food and service. We got the pasta carbonara and a grilled meat plate. So much food and so fantastic! My favorite meal in the 6 days we have been in Italy so far. They explain the different types of pastas and sauces and the staff speak English fluently (as well as several other languages).

Cashing out is tricky. I was instructed to pay at the register where the waiter, I guess, had totaled the bill without my having seen what I was being charged for. The mother then finished up preparing someone’s food order to come check me out. (Not very sanitary). She took my card and charged it all the while I’m asking where the itemized bill is because the amount I saw being charged was more then expected. I had a pasta plate for€10 and house wine for €4, but added onto that was a €1.50 coperto for which I had received NOTHING and €2 for water. €17.50 for a pasta and house wine and marginally comfortable seating was not what I expected at all. I should have been able to see the itemized bill first. After an unpleasant discussion I was handed €1.50 back since she had already charged my card. Will not go back.

I enjoyed food especially pasta which is homemade at the restaurant. The service is showing what they offer- they're comming with whole plate of pasta and explaining types, etc. I think it's very useful and nice to see it before order. The place is climatic, there is music but not too loud to interrupt somebody. The only thing I can complain about is that they increased prices. On their website and on your platform meals were cheaper. At place we saw that prices are higher which is unfair - it should be updated.
