9.5/10Absolutely excellent. Adventurous short menu, really beautifully cooked. The calamari stuffed with potatoes was wonderful- lifted with lightly pickled onions. A memorable meal.

4/10We used to go to Salsedine once a year, every time that we come to Torino, but this time it was very different and disappointing. We could notice that the quality of the dishes dropped compared to what we knew and the service became something else. Back then, the chef would come to each and every table and used to take the time to explain the menu, the ingredients, the preparation and his passion was noticeable! This time, we were treated as tourists, since he would go to tables with locals and didn't come once to ours. In addition, they didn't have a menu in english, which made the job to choose a meal even harder (no explanation from the staff and no menu). It took 1h30 to have the starters and other 45 minutes to have the main dish. While we waited 1h30 to have the starters, the Italian family near us had starters, main, dessert, coffee and limoncello. It is a shame, it used to be one of our great souvenirs from Torino and now it is not.

10/10A unique place where you can find very rare fishes , uncommon pairings, creative compositions , but all in a familiar atmosphere of a house in Abruzzi. The chef is simply great in his presentations, taking the time to explain his research and his love for the products coming from the Mediterranean sea but also from the land

10/10This restaurant is all about the ingredients-the very freshest of fish! The written menu is simply there to give you an idea (including of the price) as what’s served is completely dependent on the fish available on the day. The chef comes to each table and talks through the dishes (which he kindly did for us in English). It all sounded so amazing that we ordered the lot and had a superb meal featuring 14 different types of fish/shellfish. The antipasti (cooked and raw) primi and secondi were all brilliant- inventive cooking that allowing the quality of the fish to shine. We couldn’t manage the dolce after all that - but they looked good. There’s a great wine list and a really nice relaxed atmosphere. For the quality, it’s very reasonably priced. A great restaurant!

9.5/10Fresh fish prepared by a passionate cook with recipes from the “reign of Naples”. Our price per head was 60euros including wine so good for a special occasion but excellent value.

10/10The best restaurant in Turin so far. One of the best seafood restaurant in Italy as well. I am going back there for sure and would like to recommend to my friends and colleagues. Portions are normal size (not too much compared to other Italian portions), so please don't be afraid to oder the full course dinner. You can even do half portion of pasta. I regret that I didn't order the pasta.

10/10The food is very good. The prices are not too expensive for me who live in the center of Paris, for people from Turin possibly it’s a beat too expensive. For two starters, two main, tea and coffe, two desserts and bottle of still water and one limoncello we’ve payed 100€ without any extra wine. I recommend this restaurant for fish lovers and I definitely will be back.
