What a surprising Mexican restaurant! I was expecting an average place, but once we tasted the food we were amazed. Everything was so well cooked and seasoned. Also the staff were very nice, the decoration is cute and the service was good. We ordered the grilled corn on the cob, you can’t go wrong with that. And then we went for the oxtail tacos with passion fruit and guacamole and the shrimp burrito. The meat of the tacos was so tender and the passion fruit went so well with it. And the burrito was so well cooked, I mean it tasted like the traditional seafood rice. Finally, because we were so impressed and wanted more we tried the pollo loco burrito which was also great! Definitely a place to go many times!

9/10the food was pretty good, I would have hoped for more than 'original flavour Doritos' for my nachos, but everything else was great, I really loved the Oxtail tacos! and the quesadillas!

10/10I was Lisbon and needed to have that Mexican food fix. Sammy Sousa hit the spot. Great prices and great food. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Punima especially gave us all the attention we needed. Highly recommend.

10/10We had dinner with two families at Sammy Sosa, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding—truly above and beyond. The prices were also quite reasonable. A special shout-out to Shubham, Poornima, and Jimmy, who were exceptionally courteous and made our experience even better. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Mexican cuisine!

The tacos, served with all the right toppings, were equally impressive—fresh, vibrant, and delicious with every bite. The drinks were another highlight. They were refreshing, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the meal. But what truly made this dining experience stand out was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re craving flavorful Mexican food with top-notch service, this restaurant is a must-visit!

10/10Really friendly staff and food was excellent! I had the pork quesadillas which were great and can definitely recommend the pina colada. Already my 2nd time here and both times were great! Thank you Isadora and Karine for the great service!
