This restaurant offers an unforgettable culinary journey through is menú de degustación, paired with a media maridaje that enhances every bite. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed into an atmosphere that felt more like a warm, elegant home than a typical dining venue: inviting, unpretentious, and full of thoughtful detail. Each course was executed with precision and creativity, showcasing the richness of local ingredients and culinary traditions. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the chef's presence throughout the meal. With calm enthusiasm, he shares the story behind each dish, offering insight into regional flavours, techniques, and the inspiration behind his creations. The wine pairings were equally well-chosen, revealing new layers of complexity in each course without overpowering the food. Every aspect of the evening was flawless. We left not just satisfied, but genuinely moved by the experience. An absolute gem! We'll be back.

+2I had a delightful lunch consisting of a variety of small dishes with a small wine pairing. Everything was quite tasty, some dishes were outstanding. Very affordable compared to some other high end restaurants in other countries. Would go again.

10/10We experienced the most wonderful tasting menu sat at the Chef’s table. Each course of this carefully thought out menu was delectable and beautifully presented, we were spoilt. You could taste his whole life’s work right there and paired with the wine flight made the night perfect.

10/10A fabulous find and great value - I also did the wine pairing and that didn't disappoint either. All the other guests around the table were Spanish speakers but Victor, his lovely female chef and their young intern really did their best to make me feel included. The food was amazing. The "carbonara" that looked like carbonara but had "pasta" made from squid to the tuna tataki... I could go on and on.....

10/10Really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere at the restaurant. Appreciated that they took the time to explain what we were being served in English. Great to see that there were a number couples who were local residence. Thanks for a great evening.

+1Chef Victor has created a unique and enjoyable dining experience for his guests. He combined Japanese styled sushi bar counter concept with extremely creative fusion food. Both my husband and I truly enjoyed it. Our reservation was at 9:30pm. We were greeted by Chef Victor and had our apperitif at an open air courtyard at the back of the restaurant. Then the dinner started around around 10pm. The dinner consists of 7 courses. The whole meal did not end until close to midnight. The meal started off with rhe appetizer course which some of my favorites. There were 4 items on the plate including a raw fish with olive, truffled foie gra coated with gold, and a steamed dumpling served on top of an espresso truffle soup. There was then a geen apple soup served smoke sardine and foie gra. I loved the cuttle fish dish that follows. After that, we were serve with a delicious fish. The meal also offered the neck of lamb which was extremely tender. We also had a taste of the risotto with beef jamón. Finally, the dessert was a mazapán filled with passion fruit juice, surrounded by cream. The whole meal was amazing and the staff was awesome. Angi did a wonderful job explaining each dish. We paired our meal with wine pairing and we enjoyed every one of the wine chosen. Overall , we really enjoyed the meal as well as the great hospitality of the people from Toledo. Thank you, team Victor. We strongly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

10/10One of the best dining experiences ever. Every course was cooked and plated calmly in front of us and the other 6 diners. Chef was attentive and informative and the wine accompanying the menu was expertly chosen. An exquisite tasting menu which we will not forget, thank you
