I’ve never tasted such an amazing cream in the dishes. Everything was constantly heated by a candle so each bite was as the first one. Everything was perfectly cooked and the spicy level was coherent with the description.

The staff were so friendly and helped us to order the right food, both quality and quantity. Also, the wine of the house was excellent. We ate outside and enjoyed every moment of it. Some people had not had much Indian food in the past and everyone walked away. Very happy with the meal. Thanks for making a night in Lisbon special.

Sanskar Nepal is a small but popular neighborhood restaurant. Do not expect a fine dining experience but do expect excellent food presented with gracious and dignified service. The food was excellent. We both ate samosas and curry dishes. The naan bread dipped in the curry sauce of our dishes was so good that we kept eating long after we were full. Prices were reasonable, food was great and service was superb. We could not have asked for more. Make sure to obtain a reservation. The place fills up quickly.

The service was perfect, friendly and attentive without being too present. The food was fabulous, I especially recommend the Nepalese specialties dishes. Was busy but this only added to the character and quirkiness. Would highly recommend popping by. We booked and we were there on a Tuesday evening in January and it was close to full. Also I think they do takeaway and for sure they provide take away containers if your belly isn’t as big as your eyes!! A great find - thank you

The food at Sanskar Nepal is outstanding. It was one of our favorite if not our favorite meals during our visit to Lisbon. The service is also excellent - staff is attentive and knowledgeable on the menu items and took additional time to answer our questions about Nepal.

The staff were very friendly. The food was outstanding, we had lamb jalfretzi with cumin rice & chicken dal with pilau. The pilau rice came with some veg & cashew nuts in it, was beautiful! We also had the garlic nann. There was complimentary poppadoms and dips to start and a complimentary dessert of lassi & sprinkles at the end! Would definitely return here!

The food at Sanskar was amazing! We are a part of 6 and everyone tried different dishes, Nepalese and traditional Indian. They can adjust the heat and everything was delicious! What was even more impressive was the level of service. Every one was happy and helpful without being intrusive. We felt like we were dining in their home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Genuinely the best Indian food I have ever eaten! Service was brilliant and the naan bread was beyond delicious. In Lisbon for a couple of days and think we'll be back tomorrow for a second helping!
