We were delighted by the number of vegan options - not just the usual few token options but a whole menu! Curries, sides, breads, even a mango lassi! The staff are warm and welcoming, and were considerate of our requirements (specifically pointing out which dishes were the vegan ones when they brought the dishes to our table). As for food quality: excellent! The curries were deeper and more complex in flavour than your average place. Absolutely delicious. I ate until I was uncomfortable, which is rare for me. Highly recommend!

We had a last minute reservation for 9 people and they and they happily and easily accommodated us. The service was absolutely top notch and the group thought the food was excellent. Some of the best Indian food anywhere in the 4 continents have had Indian food. I am going back to Lisbon in a few days and will definitely be going back here for dinner then.

This is the best Nepalese/Indian food I have had in a long time. Spiced just right, perfectly cooked paneer. Lots of options for vegetarians. I had the Shahi Paneer. Delicious!

Everything was fantastic! The spicy sauce in particular was made by the restaurant and was extremely tasty... I strongly recommend it!

Delicious food and wonderful service. They gave us a complimentary little glass of mango lassi to end the meal. Highly recommend, one of our favorite meals in Lisbon.

They did it again! We are simply just amazed by how amazing both the food and the people are. It wasent the first time and definitely not the last, that we are eating there. 5/5 stars - It’s worth a visit.

When we arrived at the restaurant we received a warm welcome from the owner. The service was great. The food was delicious. I liked, I was asked how strong I wished to have my curry. I would highly ecommend this restaurant.

I’ve never tasted such an amazing cream in the dishes. Everything was constantly heated by a candle so each bite was as the first one. Everything was perfectly cooked and the spicy level was coherent with the description.

The staff were so friendly and helped us to order the right food, both quality and quantity. Also, the wine of the house was excellent. We ate outside and enjoyed every moment of it. Some people had not had much Indian food in the past and everyone walked away. Very happy with the meal. Thanks for making a night in Lisbon special.

Sanskar Nepal is a small but popular neighborhood restaurant. Do not expect a fine dining experience but do expect excellent food presented with gracious and dignified service. The food was excellent. We both ate samosas and curry dishes. The naan bread dipped in the curry sauce of our dishes was so good that we kept eating long after we were full. Prices were reasonable, food was great and service was superb. We could not have asked for more. Make sure to obtain a reservation. The place fills up quickly.

The service was perfect, friendly and attentive without being too present. The food was fabulous, I especially recommend the Nepalese specialties dishes. Was busy but this only added to the character and quirkiness. Would highly recommend popping by. We booked and we were there on a Tuesday evening in January and it was close to full. Also I think they do takeaway and for sure they provide take away containers if your belly isn’t as big as your eyes!! A great find - thank you

The food at Sanskar Nepal is outstanding. It was one of our favorite if not our favorite meals during our visit to Lisbon. The service is also excellent - staff is attentive and knowledgeable on the menu items and took additional time to answer our questions about Nepal.
