The solomillo was tender and flavorful, and the gambas rojas were also good. However, the croquetas de rabo de toro were a bit disappointing(for my taste), and there were several large chunks of fat that took away from the experience

The hostess was extremely rude and refused to seat our party despite having a reservation, just because it had rained and temporarily reduced the number of available seats. Offered no wait time, no offer to have a drink and wait for tables to dry off, just that there was no way we could be served. She even suggested we had only gotten the reservation minutes before because of other cancellations, when I had actually made the reservation days in advance. Beautiful place, but the rudest staff we encountered in the entire city. Won’t be back.

Our second visit to Santa Clara in two weeks. The food on each occasion was exceptional - innovative but around good Spanish dishes - while the service was super-friendly but very professional, and the ambiance in the garden perfect. Highly recommended.

We went to the restaurant on a wet, dark November night and from the moment we stepped inside we felt a sense of relaxation and happiness. The uplifting lighting and bright furniture provided a welcome relief to the dark outside and it was beautifully warm. It was a very professional service but homely at the same time. We went for a business meeting but the atmosphere soon relaxed us all to it being just a group of friends. Food was amazing and staff were fantastic - couldn't find fault.

Food was lovely and very interesting. I loved my hake main course. It was melt in the mouth delicious.
