Food was adequate but customer service appalling. When we came to pay the bill and we noted the 20% Fork discount on food, they tried everything not to honour, firstly saying that we were in a different restaurant !, then aggressively accusing us of making the booking after we had sat down, despite showing the email confirmation of booking 3.5 hours earlier. They then said that we should of let them know that we had a booking, when we arrived, which we had done. They also said that as we were 5 minutes early it was not valid . They reluctantly and truculently processed the discount in the end, A very unpleasant experience being made to feel like criminals.

La comida no muy buena, 40 minutos para servirnos los platos. Nada más llegar nos dijeron q aunq teníamos reserva deberíamos esperar media hora. También le pedí una reserva para la noche para ver la final de la Champions, todavía estoy esperando respuesta.

The restaurant is very nice and clean and the staff are welcoming, polite, friendly and attentive to customer needs. We had lunch outside and enjoyed it even though it was a very hot day; we were in the shade under the large umbrellas. Excellent quality food, I can safely say that the quality / price ratio is really very good. I advise!

Food and drinks quite average. First the Fork discount was not included then I got a bill with only one product discounted, didn’t realize until later that day. Quite disappointing.

We thought this place was amazing. I do not think I have eaten a burger like that for that price anywhere in the world. It was excellent, cocktails were fabulous too. Well worth visiting and charming staff.
