The staff were friendly. However, one of our main dishes did not come for 30 minutes with no explanation and had to be canceled. The restaurant did not offer any other solution. For the main dish that did come, we could taste the fridge through the udon. The miso soup served was not real miso. The staff had to be reminded to take the Fork discount into account after charging us the wrong amount.

I didn’t know the restaurant before but was trying to find a nice Japanese place to celebrate my birthday with a small group of friends. Sanuki turned out to be perfect for that occasion, also having both ramen and sushi was convenient, so everyone could choose what they liked.

This is not authentic sushi. Rice cooking is pretty bad. I was served my plate 15 mins before the other 2 guests,

The ramen was really disappointing, not a lot of flavour, very bland. We felt there was of soul in the dishes. For the quality we got, the price is not justified.

We booked for 19:30 and we arrived on time. The waitress told us that there were not table available for two, because all the table were reserved, and we could eat at the bar, near the kitchen and saparated from all other clients. I said twice that also we had a reservation, but apparently she did not care about. We left very disappointed

Services are fast and friendly. There are more variety and choices at the restaurant as compared to the menu shown in the Fork. Perhaps the most current menu could be published in the Fork

Sorry to say, but this was a disappointment having seen the many high flying reviews. I honestly don‘t know what all these positive reviewers use as a benchmark, but this has nothing to do with genuine Japanese cuisine and seems to be operated by Chinese. Yes there was raw fish, but it was not proper sushi or sashimi. The soups looked like a Japanese ramen/udon, but the broth certainly had nothing to do with it. The ordering process was cumbersome as we were given one tablet to pass it electronically.

I made a reservation for dinner with the app and when I arrived they told me they were closing and didn’t attend me so I was hungry.
