7/10The food "à la carte is nice", but we don't advice to take the Friday's buffet which is only simple meat without sabour. There is no starters and no sobremesas at all...

8/10Location, ambience and staff absolutely great. Very tricky to locate the actual restaurant up on the third floor of an enormous building. To be aware; The tuna loin had the characteristics of being previously frozen rather than fresh. Otherwise worth the effort to find the place … absolutely

6/10This restaurant has a rating of 9.3 and is considered an "insider" in your classification. We had a St Valentine's day set menu for 70 Euros per person. The plates were not creative at all, they were small and the main dish was pasta. No main course of meat of fish was served. Service was amateur and slow. Rating should go below 7 and the restaurant removed from the insider's liste.

10/10The ambience was very nice and relaxed. The service was good and the food was also very good. The prices were not cheap but on the high side, especially considering the very small portions especially of the side dishes and appetizers. It was very nice however to have the 30% discount because we booked through The Fork, which brought the prices to a very attractive level.

9.5/10+1Ruben the manager was a great host! Exceptional food and drink in a delightful environment. Enjoyed the sautéed shrimp with garlic and chili as an appetizer, then the pumpkin ravioli and the suckling pig Wellington as the main dish. Both were off the charts! A must stop when you are in Belem.

10/10The food was lovely. The waiter was very busy as he had a ton of tables to manage but he was very attentious and the manager was also spot on. I wanted to order a bottle of Carlos Reynolds but unfortunately my co-guest didn't drink alcohol. We started with the shrimps which were absolutely delicious and I can only recommend. The lemon juice and the mandles gave it an extra twist. I can defintely recommend and will come back for sure!

9.5/10This was my second time at Sauvage, and I went hoping to try again the lobster rice I loved so much before. Since it wasn't on the menu this time, Edith from the staff kindly suggested the sea bass rice and, as a starter, the Leitão à Brás. Both were absolutely delicious, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. My friend and I were so happy with the recommendation, and the cocktails were also excellent, perfectly matching the celebration of my pre-birthday. After the meal, we enjoyed the stunning view, which made the experience even more special. Great food, attentive service, and a perfect atmosphere.
