Ecven though the tables are relatively close to each other, the ambiance is calm and serene. Very attentive and smily service all along. Food is reasonably priced, Only regret: wine by the cup is served in minimal portion and thus appears overpriced.

Hate to leave a bad review but this was by far our worst meal in Portugal. Service was disjointed and abrupt. A couple dishes were fine, but several were nearly inedible.

The new menu has a few kinks to fix. Some dishes (dumplings) are too small of a portion to be considered an entrée. More like an appetizer. Some favorites from the old Menu didn’t make to the new one (burrata, truffled pasta). But looking forward to going back and giving the new dishes another chance.

When we got to the restaurant we were taken to a table where one of us had to sit with a door to the patio open… this caused discomfort because it was chilly. There was a table available next to us but away from the draught.. we politely asked if we could move and were told in an abrupt way “this table is reserved”. Well, we also had a reservation and we were there, and it was the same size table. Further, the table remained unoccupied from the start to the finish of our meal, and beyond I suspect as left close to 4pm The menu has also changed and not necessarily with an improvement! The risotto with prawn carpaccio was lovely, though, as was the pumpkin dessert.

A bit overpriced for the quality of food and a smell of WC through the night. Very, very nice staff, but ravioli were a bit too undercooked. But nice ambiance and timely delivery.

Food was ok, service was not around even when we sat down, given that it was my birthday and there were 8 of us, i expected more attentiveness. We had to wave down the servers for drinks and the steak dish was severely undercooked. Sent it bac 3x and they didnt bring the sauce with it. The manager also brought only 2 shots instead of shots for the table which was bizarre. It was OK. The quality definitely needs improvement.

Dishes quite expensive for the quality and the service was bad. It’s a shame, because I had been to Sauvage before, and I had enjoyed it, but this time the employees were not nice, and the food was not that good for.

Lovely little restaurant, great jungly decor. All the staff, from the bartender through to the table servers, we're simply lovely, friendly and helpful, we felt very much at ease and well looked after. We had a relaxed drink at the little bar before going to our table and enjoyed the ambient very much. The menu is quite trendy and interesting, we were just 2 people and we had the tenderloin and the pumpkin rice dish, both delicious

We were there for the birthday of my daughter and were very well treated. The food is creative and well presented. The atmosphere is cosy and little bit rustic without loosing charm. I would return for sure.

The ambiance and service were great. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Of the two entries we had, the lobster ravioli was just a little too salty, otherwise the food was great.

The food was excellent. We started with a salmon carpachio and had the mushroom risotto and the ahi tuna rare. The dessert of a caramel pastry with ice cream topped off the night. The service was also very good. The only recommendation that I have is to request an outdoor table. It is behind the restaurant and looked nice and quiet. Unfortunately, the host sat us in "his best" indoor table and it was terrible. The server and guest traffic past our table was non stop and required my wife to pull her chair as close as possible to the table so she wasn't bumped each time someone passed by.

The food was delicious and good portions. The almost all-female staff was very friendly and attentive. Never felt rushed that we were able to enjoy the food and drinks, including dessert and coffee. Would definitely go back to this wonderful discovery. Please don't change.

Lovely little restaurant near Campo Pequeno (perfect if you are going to see a show or a concert). The espresso Martinis were great, and the food was definitely above average (even though I had higher expectations for the duck nigiri). Service was excellent and the restaurant has a great vibe :)

SAUVAGE in the name, DOUX in the food. What a surprise! A very cosy atmosphere. a menu with not many choices but all of them very appealing. Starters are a temptation. Service impeccable! Luis Brito makes the most to make us feel fine. Wine list compact but with great choices. Great desserts. Definitely I recommend it and I will return!

We had a lovely evening at Sauvage. The ambience was great. It was a little cold outside but the heaters were on and it got comfortable. Our server was lovely and friendly and service was prompt. The food was delicious and well presented. The portion servings were perfect. The deserts were awesome. We made our decision based on ratings and reviews from The Fork and we were not at all disappointed. All the staff right from the one that greeted us to the ones we walked past were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice way to make guests relaxed and welcome. Thank you for a lovely evening!

An amazing experience to repeat soon. Great location with a gorgeous outside pateo where we had the lunch. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Sauvage.

Friendly staff, delicious food. We arrived more than 30 minutes before our reservation and we were received without issues. The food is amazing :) a good price if you go with yums :-) to be repeated so we try other dishes in the menu. Thank you!
