4/10The service was not good we had to wait 40 mins for the starters and the same for the main course. Burgers were undercooked chips were cold and ribs very dry. The starters crispy prawns and mozzarella sticks were good. The staff addressed the left ribs by removing then from the bill. We went here because the reviews were good but assume they were short staffed as the restaurant was not full.

8.5/10Ordered the Black Angus Ribs, looked fabulous when it came to our table, unfortunately it was 70% fat & not warm at all, not cold but getting there. I ended up sending it back to the kitchen, I was offered an exchange but I refused, was quite annoyed at this stage after cutting through it for 5 minutes prior, I other than that I think one personal preference shouldn’t affect this place at all, the decor is amazing & staff are friendly & welcoming, would definitely come back here but would just order a different dish. 8/10

7/10Service could be improved. Left for 20 minutes without taking our order. Ordered our food and we’re waiting for another drink to arrive for another waiter to come over and ask if we wanted to order some food.

4/10our waiter was terrible had to ask for ketchup 4 times and when we did get it we were finished.. my daughter wouldn't eat her burger then as it was cold. the waiter simply said we never ordered the ketchup with our food so basically our fault! He was not friendly and very rude. the other staff lovely and friendly

Having to ask for ketchup multiple times and dealing with cold food is frustrating enough, and on top of that a rude attitude? Totally unacceptable. 😞 We’re glad to hear the rest of the team showed you the friendly side we pride ourselves on, but we’ll be addressing this directly with the staff involved to make sure it doesn’t happen again. We’d love to invite you back for a proper Savage experience — where the service is as great as the food. 7/10The food was nice, the service was poor though, we had to wait ages for drinks then the starters didn’t come for a long time and the same with the main, so we didn’t bother with dessert. I could understand if they was busy but we was one of about 4 tables in the whole restaurant being waited on. Makes sense why they give you a 3hr slot, you definitely need it.

10/10We enjoyed our first visit so much we went back for a second. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our server Irene was lovely, had excellent service from her on both visits. We are back in Tenerife later in the year and will definitely go back to Savage.

10/10Absolutely amazing! The food was incredible and a decent portion. I got the lamb and my mother got the steak. I felt the lamb should have been served with one other side like some vegetables as it was only served with a little mash. Mocktails were amazing best I’ve seen anywhere and the waiter and waitress were very nice. Beautiful design/ambience and loved the live music! Will certainly be back!

7.5/10The food is very good although the prawns were a bit minimal as tiny and only 4. The scallops were excellent the pork was good but it's been a bit juicier in the past. The staff are very friendly and good but needed more help. They were doing their best but two more waiters would have made life better for them. Also the previous time we were offered chapitos, and then charged quite a lot for a very small drink. Usually chapitos is a free drink! Still like it a lot, but could improve with these issues sorted.

10/10The best food and atmosphere I have had in Tenerife. Nice service, too. The place looks nice and the cocktail bar is very inviting with excellent cocktails and mocktails. Happy to recommend! Will visit definitely again.
