This is my opinion has a chef. A place where you go and spend 25€ per person (give or take) The sushi was poorly sliced (one piece was big enough for 2 sushi pieces) it had a lot of cream cheese which for me is a no no. When I go to eat sushi restaurants cream cheese and deep fried sushi is appalling. They didn't serve tuna until we asked which for me is a sign of two things: 1. They are trying to save up money. 2. It's not good. Unfortunately for us it was the latter, The presentation is okay nothing with that woow factor (unless a cup of sake burning impresses you, then you're in for a treat). A lot of cucumber that I believe nobody eats. It ends up being for decoration only so that's a huge waste of food. The deep fried ones were massive (again enough for 2 pieces of sushi) and were full of oil (it wasn't crispy it was soggy). The waiter was extremely polite and did everything accordingly

Hi there , You are free to give your review , you dint come to taste a food you came to see the place and make a judgment where you are free to give it ???? As a chef you have to know better about the sushi , the store has 10 outlet in Lisbon that means it has history . Have a good day
