3/10Frustrating experience. Although the food was acceptable, the service was disappointing from the very beginning. Water, which should be brought immediately, only arrived after we reminded them – a full 15 minutes after we sat down. We had clearly requested that the three main courses be served together, after the appetizer, but the older blonde waitress – who spoke English but clearly didn’t understand it – completely ignored the request. One of us had to eat alone, followed by the others 15 minutes later. No apology, no attention. A confused and disorganized service that ruined the experience. We won’t be coming back.

10/10Service was great and fish excellent. Very busy and popular with locals. You are a bit packed in and you only get table your table for 1.5hrs, but service was quick and didn't feel rushed. Would go back for sure.

8/10The food was incredible. Honestly, if you love fish, especially. The fish is local, incredibly fresh, and flavourful. The service was good. However, the reason I gave the restaurant a lower rating.... The quality of the food was greatly overshadowed by the fact that they surprised us with charges such as: - Bread and butter - Water (I asked for tap water, only expensive bottled water available) - Cutlery charge (per person) If I brought my own cutlery, would we have skipped this charge? This is an essential part of running a restaurant. Maybe I could have brought my own water, too? Although, my friends and I were raving about the food as we were eating, we now can't let go of the fact that such petty charges would be added as separate items on the bill instead of just built into the price of the food! Just charge a couple of extra bucks for each item, and forget the cutlery and bread charge (especially bread I didn't order!). Was planning to return, but dont think so.

We ordered a soup and ceviche for one person and a 3-item seafood platter that included 2 types of prawns and sea snails for another, The latter were so salty only half could be eaten of this 55 euro platter. Don’t like the buy-by-weight concept here as it was nothing we had ever encountered. The cover was overpriced though we did enjoy dessert.

8.5/10Sea me is a little precious and I think that’s part of the expense. It’s an experience. The oysters were excellent. I’m from California and also Japanese-American and am accustomed to stronger-tasting fish. Also less expensive. Your prices reflect sustainable practices I am sure.

9.5/10We came with teenaged kids. The place was happy, with good music and tempting smells. The restaurant was a bit noisy - but it was good, happy noise of people eating and having fun. The waitress was happy to assist us with choosing from the fresh fish. Everything that got to our table was wonderful. I would be happy to recommend this place

9/10Fantastic food ! The freshest fish, crustaceans and mollusks I have ever seen. Including some rarities. Cooked to perfection. Lively atmosphere. Service was thoughtful and genuine but a little inattentive. Wait times were long to be explained the menu, then take the order, then bring the food etc… It’s a very, VERY busy place.

Nice place. Liked the atmosphere and people were friendly and professional. Server and Sommelier were excellent, especially for helping (and entertaining and English speaker). Food (oysters and sashimi) was fresh and great. Presentation was nice; it complimentedthe food and added to the taste. It wasn't just "eye candy" like so many places. While everything from staff to food was excellent, the price was somewhat out of line for the area and even for comparable items elsewhere. I do appreciate the seafood was all fresh and tested, which probably adds to the cost. However, over 70 Euro per person with a starter, sushi/sashimi, and a glass of wine is a bit much. Even more if one picks the market price seafood. Worth a splurge or business dinner to impress.

9.5/10I had the Octopus carpaccio and the Tuna tartare. Both were very good, but the tuna tartare is really catching!!! Exotic flavors that go well together. The ambience is very cool, but quite noisy and busy. Price is definitely on the higher end.

8/10The fish and seafood is generally good at Sea Me, and with The Fork -50% it is also good value for money. Their black Choco Frito is innovative and great. The Couvert with black butter and crab cream in addition to the traditional olive oil with the bread is also both innovative and delicious. Normally their oysters are great, but this time they were much smaller than normally at Sea Me, which made me a little disappointed.

We loved the food and the service was ok. What we don’t like is the whole issue about picking up the fish for them to cook and the sitting arrangements. Tables are way to small and chairs uncomfortable. Once served, you need to wait for the service to clean all the time and it doesn’t happen right away, and if you order wine you have to put the bucket with ice on the table too. It’s a very uncomfortable place and if I’m dropping 150 euros at a restaurant I want to be comfortable.

9.5/10Always great food here, but horribly overpriced. €140 for lunch for 2, we shared 3 dishes and had one glass of wine each (€12/ glass for a non descriptive white). This restaurant definitely caters to tourists on their first day in Portugal. We live in the neighborhood, and I must say that we would not go back, even with 50% discount on food.

6.5/10Small restaurant, but cool and relaxing atmosphere. Food is good and fish tasted fresh. Service not great not great for a restaurant where you are expected to spend at least €40-50 per person. At the end the bill was presented without the discount - we did not noticed the same mistake with the other tables. Not really acceptable.

From start to finish, from the girl at the entrance informing you about the table, to the guys at the counter preparing your drink in front of you, to the impeccably plated food and super fresh fish. A mouth-watering mixture of sushi and cuisine. Everything really good in a pleasant ambience. The bill is important, but worth the service.
