Was perfect service from and really tasty food in Barcelona (tapas y paella). We had the menu for 35€ per person.

I believe this place is a scam. The issue is that you come to the Cheri restaurant instead of the secret tapas venue. Unfortunately, Cheri doesn't have a great reputation for its food. We ordered a burrata salad, which I would rate 5/10, croquettes at 6/10, and bolognese pasta at just 2/10. We suspect the pasta was simply microwaved because it tasted terrible. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is its interior, but the food is very disappointing. Additionally, we ordered 1 liter of sangria, and more than half of it was just ice!

9.5/10Food was really nice so I would say it’s worth the visit. The prawns on olive oil with garlic were fantastic. Only thing is the service could be more attentive - perhaps because of the number of patrons they did commit some (few) mistakes with our order like missing items or having to ask for some dishes twice. I hope you enjoy!

3.5/10In my opinion overly priced, and be careful cause they will bring tomato bread with salami at your table without asking if you want it or not, and then charge you for it at the end. It should be at least asked, or written clearly.

2/10Very disappointing. I liked the look of the inside of this place when I came for an afternoon drink. This is not somewhere I enjoyed for an evening out. Poor quality at every point. Shame. Beautiful interior though

10/10Excellent service from APU. He helped translate the menu. He showed what i could eat gluten free and was excellent in serving us. The food was tasty and topped off with some nice sangria. Lovely experience for my wife and I. I would highly recommend.

4/10The secret tapas, which is a special menu offered by a restaurant called Chéri, seems to be just a tourist trap. As soon as we said we had a reservation for secret tapas, the staff seemed to exchange knowing looks, like they were disappointed in us for choosing that. We spoke in Spanish to the waiter at first, understanding that most folks probably speak Catalan and Spanish, and we don't know Catalan. When we struggled to understand something he said, he opted to switch to English, which was fine. But then he seemed to switch from being friendly to suddenly judgmental and rude about everything, including the tapas we selected. He served us the rest of our food LITERALLY WITHOUT ANOTHER WORD. He didn't even speak to us when he left the check, nor did he even look at us while he dropped plates unceremoniously in front of us. Additionally, the tapas were the least enjoyable of any of the food we got in Spain. The paella was bland and overcooked.

Secret tapas is a special menu that allows you to try various tradicional tapas and paella. Miguel and his team truly go out of their way to ensure guests are well taken care of, and the food is incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

The place is awesome as if is huge and we got a big table near the window. The service was attentive. The tapas menu was delightful. We had a good time there. Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly, open space, there is a kid playground right next to the restaurant, the street is pedestrian road which is safe to let the kids play in and out.
