    We had an excellent experience at SEEN by Olivier in Nice. From the moment we arrived, everything was first class. The food was absolutely marvellous, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The sea view made the whole experience even more special, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. The service was friendly, attentive, and truly impeccable throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Youssef, our wonderful waiter, who made us feel especially welcome and looked after us brilliantly. A memorable dining experience in a beautiful setting. Five stars all round. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The restaurant has good views but service is not the greatest. We had to get up and ask for silverware, then napkins. Food was served without us getting plates etc. Food was great so no complaints there.

    During my stay at Anantara, I booked a table at SEEN about a week in advance, expecting to be on the terrace. The hostess initially couldn’t find my reservation, and I ended up as the only guest seated indoors, while all others were outside. A few terrace tables were still empty when I arrived, but they were later given to guests who came after me. Since SEEN is the hotel’s only restaurant, this seating policy reflects directly on the property and needs improvement.

    The atmosphere was amazing, but the most impressive thing was how kind was the staff. The view, the food, the drinks, I recommend it all.

    Very nice rooftop and nice interior design. The terrace could do with shading, I am surprised they did not plan that especially under the Riviera's scorching summer's sun. Kitchen is very average; beef was very chewy, certainly the chef can work with its suppliers better. Worth going there for the place, but it's another beautiful location that relies more on its looks than restauration service.

    They didn't properly accommodate for my egg allergy. pasta was bland with no cheese. They didn't care to understand that I was ok with dairy just no egg. service was super slow. everything took long to come

    Excellent food, good service. It's a pity they accept clients from the next door bar, who come and sit at the restaurant, bringing their drinks, making a lot of noise and disturbing the genuine restaurant clients...

    Disappointing experience at SEEN Nice I’ll keep it short and to the point. Having wined and dined at SEEN Lisbon—where service and food truly met 5-star expectations—I was unfortunately disappointed by the experience in Nice: • I wasn’t accompanied to my table on arrival, and had to search for my guests on my own. • Service fell short of 5-star standards: waitstaff lacked basic attentiveness (e.g. topping up glasses), and plates were cleared while one of us was still eating (!). • My steak, ordered rare, arrived well-done. • The food overall was the least impressive part of the evening. Positive note: beautiful view. This location has great potential but sadly isn’t living up to the standards set by other SEEN restaurants. A serious upgrade in service and kitchen quality is needed.

    By the time we got ready to order, 3 of the items we requested they did not have. We finally settled on burgers, about 20 minutes later the manager comes and tells us the kitchen had actually closed and they would not be able to serve us food. After sitting for an hour.

    dinner missed the mark. just getting water took 25 minutes, cocktail finally arrived at 40 mins, appetizers came out 15 minutes apart, steak was thin, over cooked and fatty. whoever cooked the room service meals should be in the kitchen on the rooftop. breakfast service was much better. we only ate the buffet and didnt chance ordering from menu

    Beautiful views and good food couldn’t make up for the poor service and communication issues we experienced. From the start, it was unclear who our server was. The man who took our order got it completely wrong—even after we repeated it—and then disappeared. Multiple courses arrived incorrectly, including my drink order, which I had to chase someone down to fix. The sushi appetizers were the only item served correctly, but even then, we had to ask for soy sauce. Long waits and difficulty communicating with staff—who didn’t seem to understand or clarify in English—made things frustrating. While we understand we’re in France, a simple question or use of a translation app could have helped. For the high prices, the service was far below acceptable standards. Our 8:15 p.m. reservation stretched until 11:15, with nearly every course having to be corrected—including a request for sparkling water. A disappointing experience despite the nice setting.

    Great view and for me thats it for positive side..food ok, very crowded small room,not gating table that I reserved ( reserved terrace didn’t get it),service is slow but understanding considering amount of people in one place, very pricey but you know that when you reserved. Overall not coming back,it’s to much of everything but essential nothing special

    The food was quite mediocre, nothing special. The atmosphere was fairly standard, nothing that stood out. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price—definitely not worth the cost.

    We go out to eat a lot and were really looking forward to try this restaurant, it looks so fantastic at the top floor of the hotel. To start with, the music was too loud, it was difficult to have a comfortable conversation at the table. Your waitresses had difficulties hearing us as well, or maybe understanding, they seemed to have difficulties with both french and english. After ordering our food, the waiting time was exceedingly long, nearly one hour. One of the dishes was 1/2 lobster with linguine, but it was really linguine with a small langoustine. The sashimi were ordered with some rice on the side, unfortunately the rice arrived only when the sashimi were nearly finished. And instead of sushi rice, which one would expect, we were served steamed rice. All in all, the quality of the food was only mediocre and the service quite unsatisfactory, and in general totally overpriced for what was offered. We can by no means recommend this place.

    The food was really good and it was a nice environment. We went while it was dark outside. The restaurant was really pretty inside. The staff were really nice and answered all our questions.

    The quality of food wasn’t too bad but everything was extremely slow. Had seem multiple customers stepping out / cancelling their orders while getting tired to wait - we also canceled few due to it taking too long

    Beautiful and dreamy ambiance, great food, great vibe with the dj and awesome staff. It’s a must visit restaurant in Nice if you looking for 5 star treatment!

    maybe a small change - Wine glasses could be nicer - cutlery lovely water glasses lovely - wine glasses look cheap & not fancy enough for this gorgeous setting White wine could have been chilled more or have pre chilled glasses

    The ambience is unmatched, beautiful elegant rooftop views of Nice. Food options are limited, service is very very slow. Not sure if it's the kitchen or they need more servers, it takes about an hour+ to get your food. I have now been twice same thing for length of time for food and about 20-minutes before the first contact after seated.

    very bad service we were waiting more than 45 minutes to just anyone come to take our order and then one hour to receive our disgusting food which is was cold and not fresh at all
