Staff was not very nice to us , I have been here before and seems that if you are only girls you are here to ”work” every I was here with a man it wasn’t an issue and got good service.

We arrived to the reception area where the only person present was taking a selfie and ignored us. We had advised the restaurant on booking of our allergies which on being seated they were confirmed . However this was totally ignored as my main course came covered with chives and in a garlic sauce which were the items we had advised them of . The vegetables were also covered in chives . These were then taken away so my wife was left with her main course and no vegetables whilst my course was sent back to be prepared in line with my request . So my wife is eating alone and when my food arrives it is half the size of what was originally served with the sauce served separately - however the sauce was still what was in my allergy list !! This whole process was so poor and badly managed that I could not face a main course of a small meat portion with no sauce at all - totally dry . At this point I asked the waiter to cancel the food as it was becoming a nightmare . Do not come here!

Great restaurant, good vibe, interesting menu and excellent service with one exception - the guy on reception on exciting the elevator was REALLY poor at customer service. Overall a very good experience other than the first 2 minutes!

The food and drinks and the view were like none other. Such an amazing experience overall. The only thing we were disappointed by was that my son was wearing leather flip flops so we had to go purchase shoes for him in order to enter. He was wearing a collared shirt and looked nice where others in the restaurant were wearing ball caps and T shirts and tennis shoes. I think exceptions could’ve been made. We had to spend $250 on a pair of leather slides that weren’t much different from what he was wearing, they simply didn’t go between his toes

Fabulous table outside with amazing view. Service was excellent and food really good quality. Not cheap but a really memorable night out. Watch out for strict dress code - no flip flops and dress smart (or you’ll be turned away even with booking)

The experience did not live up to the hype. The cocktails were great. Sushi appetizer and dessert were good but not worth the price. The cold seafood entree “seen royal cocktail” was actually romaine lettuce with small seafood portions on top; A huge disappointment for 138 euros. The vegetable confiet tasted good, but came in a tiny bowl for 18 euros. The roof top view and staff were lovely but it’s not enough to compensate. Basically the price does not match the food quality.

The food was of the highest quality, and the staff was very friendly and made a point to congratulate us on our honeymoon. The one issue we had was that it took almost 30 minutes for us to get our drinks after we ordered them. Otherwise, we enjoyed our experience!

Food (grilled black cod, oysters, spaghetti caprese) was delicious and service wonderful. Staff not only treated us well but clearly all enjoyed working together. Views of the city and river were great. Enjoyed it so much we ate here two nights in a row.

Another spectacular experience at SEEN. The food, while expensive, is delicious. Expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The service is impeccable. Professional yet friendly. Incredibly choreographed. We interacted with such delightful people. The space is gorgeous with wonderful views of Lisbon. A truly unique spot!

Beautiful view but if you are not near a window, the restaurant itself is cool and elegant - definitely the place to be seen. We had friendly and knowledgeable service and the food was generous and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon.

The menu is diverse and the food is so flavorful and tasty. Nice portions that can be shared and the service was impeccable without being stuffy. Highly recommend
