Food was terrible , looked great but monkfish was overcooked to the point it was cotton wool. Black cod was cooked spot on but ruined with a disgusting miso sauce so thick it was like wall paper paste. Only thing edible was the sides. We went Tuesday night . Clearly they had the worst chefs on . Horrible experience we won’t be back.

we had the best dinner at SEEN by Olivier last night. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, the views from our table were spectacular, the music was great and the service was superb. I had to sea scallops and it was probably one of the best scallop dishes I have ever had. We finished the evening with the berry tart and it was beyond delicious. I would highly recommend having dinner here. It was definitely a wonderful and memorable meal that we won’t soon forget.

If we should say something negative, it was very high music. We were seated in the area close to the stairs to the terrace so we could talk to each other. Tables at the bar area you could not talk in normal voice level.

Restaurant is very pretty with great view, well designed table placement with wall mirrors that allow the person with their back to the view still get a view…..that’s where the good part ends. They were modestly busy, Sunday night but not packed. Despite that table service was in attentive at best. Purchased bottle of wine, and glasses sat empty as well as water glasses for extended minutes. Appetizers were good, oysters and octopus carpaccio……but then the plates sat empty , with the wine and water glasses for extended periods of time. They cleared the plates and immediately came out with the entrees. Probably because the were sitting in the waiting. Brussels sprouts au gratin was cold, wrong food order delivered to me and the other entree was cool as well. The whole thing was a disaster, including the after dinner drink service in the bar with a fantastic view. Don’t go for food, go for 1 drink ( all you will be able to get)

Lovely food but the place was a touch pretentious. On arrival at the hotel we went to the lift to go up to the restaurant and were met by two henchmen who made no eye contact and made us feel like they were doing us a favour by letting us up even though we had a reservation 😂 I had asked for a window table but was seated next to the bar so kind of felt like we weren’t actually in the restaurant at all! That being said we thoroughly enjoyed the food. Just they could take a few tips from a number of other high end, famous restaurants that I have frequented where everyone is treated equally.

Delicious and unusual cocktails and the sushi was both innovative and fresh, as well as being a feast for the eyes. It’s all overpriced for Lisbon - we live in Miami and this is what is typical for our most expensive Miami Beach area - both drinks and food - but it was still a memorable experience and absolutely delicious.
